I like to patronize local businesses, but trying to get simple repair items as a homeowner they don’t want you in the store was my impression. I needed this time an aerator for bathroom faucets, my contractor purchased there. The counter man gave me the phone number of the manufacturer and said here give them a call the faucet has a lifetime warranty. I went to a big box store and in a few minutes I had the part and the little plastic socket to change it in my hand. So much for trying to support local businesses.
Not the first time i have tried to work with them and they’ve forced me to go somewhere else.
