Great customer service and the drop off/pickup was was right on time and had it placed exactly where I needed it which made it convenient for me. Best price out of the few places I called and easy to work with!

These guys are great. Their delivery rig is small enough to get into relatively tight spaces to make it more convenient. They're good at communicating and the driver who delivered and retrieved our box was very pleasant and skilled.

Representative was very professional on the phone when I asked the initial questions. Emails were sent promptly and contained all the info I needed to understand the process as this was my first time renting a dumpster. The dumpster itself was quality with huge doors that helped greatly when loading large items. Drivers were very courteous and placed the dumpster as close as possible to the items that were being loaded. Upon pickup, the driver even waited a few extra minutes so I could add a few more things on top. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I will recommend them to anyone.

We used a Bin There Dump That dumpster when we were resurfacing our deck. Every time I called the staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The dumpster arrived on the scheduled day, and the gentlemen who dropped it off was very friendly. He made sure to place it in a spot that was the most convenient for our project. Calling to schedule pickup was very easy and they were right on time with picking it up as well. They swept and left the area clean where it was sitting. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely recommend and use them again if the need arises! Also the fact that their dumpsters have doors was a huge game changer. Made loading it so much easier, not having to constantly toss items over top!
