This is the only and I truly mean ONLY butcher I would trust when it comes to quality. There is no question when you order steaks to order. You want a 1" thick porterhouse, you will get a very nice porterhouse. Want smoked bacon, or sausage, this is the best. Wanna know where big pancake events get their sausage, here! Everyone inside is always friendly and knowing its veteran owned is huge for me. Buy your charcoal here too for the big parties.
