I was wanting to donate for awhile & finally did Saturday and did my second donation today. I was really surprised at how easy the process was, and honestly pretty fast (the first donation takes a little longer but they tell you that upfront, and I understand it’s so they can get all your info)! And the money is ready right after donating. Everybody who works there is also super friendly & funny, which makes it so much more comfortable.

Today when I attempted to donate the b/p machine wouldn't take my blood pressure and I asked the girl to use a different machine and she refused while others have done it without any problems. So I error codes 3 times because she wouldn't use a machine that would work on me and I wasn't the only one another girl also had the same issue maybe the equipment needs replaced.

It’s a good place an easy but all that staff that’s in back need help! Took me 30 minutes just to get needle while 4 / 5 staff walked an talked about there personal life! I’ll be at the next location thanks people work an have jobs too an children

It could be better. I've been trying to call like it says to do on my app profile, sense July 22nd but NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. I was going twice each week was almost at the full amount that it says on all the ads that you could earn for the month. But its now Sept 4th lost out on a lot & any/all the special promotions cause no one wants to answer the phone i left a message to call me back but no return calls. But i guess this is just pointless to say it on here.

Friendly staff and they'll answer any questions u have. If u want ta donate come ta this place:)

After the first time went a little wrong I still went back and was immediately greeted by someone at the front counter. After the paperwork and videos Matt called me back for the next few steps and all went well. He was very thorough and made it easy to understand. When I got to the back I only waited a few minutes. Kelsey did a great job with the needle and I had one of the fastest donation times for myself. She was very friendly and personable. After I was done I received my new card everything was explained how to use it. Thanks all at Grifols! I will definitely be back. Great job to all working.

Do not go to Biomat For donations! Staff incompetence! Way too long of a wait time and now my wife is at Urgent Care Because one of the incompetent nursesDidn't do her job right! My wife's arm looks like somebody took a hammer to itSeverely swollen severely black and blue.

I tried to donate plasma. After i sat there for 4 hours, they came out and informed me that I lived too far away for them to accept me. What does that have to do with anything? They're the closest to me. Nice of them to have let me sit there that long for nothing.

Staff is wonderful, donating is better, but the new "blood pressure" machines dont seem to work properly. I'll be back when they get replaced.

Came 5time time social work the 6time as new donor my social don't work now been there 6times and haven't donated yet cause of small vein drinkbwater then they can't stick something new each time waste of time

Very busy here takes forever to get to the back. They seat you at your machine and don’t hook you up for a while seems like they are always understaffed and too busy. Really annoying when you spend hours here.

Going in for my second donation today, first appointment went really well, I was told its more time consuming, the staff and overall atmosphere was great
I plan on donating 2x a week, good money and a good feeling to know I'm helping someone's life
