I do not answer calls from cold callers. If one has my resume from a Job site, they have my valid email address to contact me. I am more inclined to answer a potential job that way. I have NEVER been to this organization's physical address for ANY type of interview, nor spoken with ANY of their representatives - but what I DO know is: If you have your resume on ANY job board or professional social network (Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) THEY WILL HOUND YOU VIA TELEPHONE. Based on the information I've found in a deep search on the Internet, no thanks.
