3We had a problem with our grinder pump, and have used Bishop Plumbing for over 30 years. As always, they came out fast, and got us a fix, had to order parts, came back the next day, in between Christmas and New Years, during the torrential rain and got us back in service. Everyone was awesome, but a special shout out to Matt, Josh, and Skylar. Thank you for your hard work!
By far the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They came out to my house today and understood all of the issues with my system (which I consider complicated, to him it was basic) within 30 seconds. He stayed to talk me through how to prevent the issue going forward and to point out another problem he saw and recommend a heating company to help. Will call them every time I need a plumber and recommend everyone else do the same!
