BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Upper St Clair PA

It was great, the food, the ribs were so much better to than any I have had in any city. The service was really good, friendly people & non comfortational during a tough time. Thank you as we had just walked out on the Fridays across the street for the way they were treating people. So glad we did as the food here is much better along with service. I have eaten here 5 times since this review while I'm in Pittsburgh. I recommend this place to all! And I eat out alot in places I go as a professional athlete (UFC Fighter) I only have time to cook healthy meals on the road. Thanks again & go eat here as it's well worth it.

I usually love this place. But I have the most disrespectful waitress I’ve ever had in my life. She is making me feel so uncomfortable. She keeps rushing me

First I will start by saying our waitress was awesome.
Second my sister ordered the tri tip it was so tough she couldnt chew it she was reluctant to send it back, but did and agreed on the ribs by the time she received them everyone was finished eating. The waitress apologized and said she would send the Mgr over.that didn't happen.the waitress was told to charge full amount. So my sister didn't get to eat she had to get it to go. The waitress even said how horrible that was and it was no way to run a business.if he or she (management) would have taken the time to come over as any good manager would than maybe we would be returning.

BJ's food is always excellent. The service at the South Hills Village location is always top notch! We had Victoria recently. Not only did she have a positive and cheerful demeanor, she worked her tables quickly and smoothly. Best service I've had at BJs.

I usually love this restaurant, but today, not so much.
Our waiter, even though he was nice, was slow. Not a good start.
It took some time to get our drinks.
My daughter in law loved her fish and chips!
My son got some kind of chopped chicken salad and he said it was MEH.
I got the grilled Brussel Sprout and Kale salad with added grilled chicken. First, the grilled chicken was anything but grilled! More like steamed in a bag.
Second, absolutely no Brussel Sprouts!
Third, the strawberry dressing was too sweet for this salad.
The waiter did bring me a side of Brussel Sprouts to add to my salad. There was soooooooo much pepper on them that you would never know what they were, except awful!
We ordered a pazookie for dessert with the ice cream on the side, I don't like ice cream, especially melted onto a hot cookie or pie or with cake.
Yep, you guessed it! It came with 2 scoops plopped right in the middle melting everywhere! Not my favorite!

Service and food has decreased in quality SO much. Used to frequently come here but definitely not worth coming back to anymore.

The restaurant looked very stylish and pleasing. The staff was pleasant to be around and were very kind. The group of people I went with really liked the food they received. Unfortunately the ribs I ordered were dry, tough, and very fatty. I understand that I may have ordered something the BJ's isn't really known for, so it may have just been the item. I do recommend going here, but maybe order something else.

This place has a nice selection of their own beer on tap, and they have more than just 6 IPAs to offer which I find refreshing. They also have other craft and big brewery options. They also have a BIG menu. Almost anything you might be in the mood for, they probably have something. Last time I ordered the Mediterranean chicken tacos, very yummy.

Big menu - lots of options even for the picky eater. Micro beers they have are fantastic. Download the restaurant app for more deals.

Lots of beers on tap to choose from. A little over priced but not too bad. Good for a nice night out.

Food was delicious and staff was exceptionally friendly. Took a bit to get taken care of, but we were in no hurry.

The food and servers are great! However, the wait is ALWAYS long. We've been there as a large group and just a family of 4, and the wait is always insane. We have even used the app to get into the wait list, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. From the time we get there, until we leave, it's usually 2 hours. That's the only reason for the 3 the stars.

Terrible. Messed my meal up twice. Didnt remove it from the bill. Biggest waste of 80 dollars for a meal. Steak was completely overcooked then the other one was way undercooked. If you advertise steaks and prime rib you should know what your doing. Wont be back. Meals weren't hot just warm. Very disappointed

Food and service are pretty darn good, but the wait for food can be quite long depending on when you go.

Every thing was good but the French fry. I was disappointed because they had the best French fries. They were cold and tasted like cardboard.

Great place with great beer. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Their menu is huge, so there's something for everyone. And so far it has always been good food too!

Had a work lunch here and was pleased it wasnt the usual "suburban mall" restaurant. Had a good menu and good service. Dat grilled cheese sandwich yo.

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable of the menus. The food is amazing and their drink selection is superb.

Our first visit was in Florida and we loved it there. We couldn't wait when they opened in South Hills in Pittsburgh PA. Deep dish pizza is excellent and on Mondays its half off.

Good service, wide selection of food and drinks, food doesn't suffer from large menu. Great "pizookies"
