BJ's Wholesale, Warrington PA

Terrible customer service, items that I was told were there were not. Used to be a good place to shop. Going downhill every time I go there.

Gas station there is an elderly man attending who always gives me an attitude everytime I come to fill up with gas seriously if you dont like your job you shouldn't be working here we pay for a membership we all should be getting courteous service

Excellent experience with the management today. Kim was outstanding, professional, courteous and prompt. Couldn't have ask for a better experience.

The worst BJs we have ever been too. Disorganized because of Covid, terrible management and organization its obvious. All the aisles were wrong and mixed up. Nothing is in stock. They stopped accepting coupons because of Covid yet they are accepting cash which makes no sense. Coupons are digital and you have to do it before you even do transactions on your phone, other BJs did not request this of me a week ago. There is one enter and exit line and they check your receipt twice and don't let you exit. Crazy, disorganized, line after line. Its obvious this management is terrible and lazy versus the one at Red Lion. Never going to this BJs again, do yourself a favor and go to the one at Red Lion or somewhere else. This is the worst one.

My family has been a BJ's member for many years but lately the level of service is just not up to par. During the past few months/visits alone, we've had items not included in our online order, and difficult service staff experiences. After not receiving our missing items, we wrote and called customer service with no response. In the store today, we were unaware of the new digital coupon policy and received no assistance nor appropriate behavior. After about 20 years of membership, it may be time to change wholesale clubs.

Cody tells you what you want to hear, tells you he will get you a gift card for buying from him. I'm not sure Verizon wants this kind of employee to represent them

While leaving BJ’s in Warrington, PA, the woman who checks your receipt asked, “do you mind opening your backpack “? I shouted, “I’m not opening my backpack”! Was only in the store for about 30 mins. Monday I shopped at Staples, Langhorne, PA and yesterday Giant in Willow Grove. In those stores about 2 hours. No one asked to see inside backpack. Don’t plan to return to BJ’s Warrington, PA. Seems as though it never ends! BJ’s=BS

The warehouse is neat and clean. Merchandise is stacked ergonomically and staff are available to assist. Prices are visible and merchandise is competively
priced. The staff are friendly and helpful; courteous and knowledgeable. Front desk staff are cheerful.

Went in for lunchmeat today (sunday). Knowing it was prime time for the deli I still decided the prices were worth it. The line was long but it went fast and the deli staff were so nice, joking and smiling. Definitely like the atmosphere. THEN I went to the register and received a bonus coupon for $20. I didnt even know that you earn points while shopping. Best $4 I ever spent.)

Like this club always clean, people are friendly and get good deals.i always get my gas here saving 10 cents per gallon with their charge

Really liked this place a year ago when we first started shopping here. However, the service has gone down and every time I go they are out of a product or two that we want to buy. The cashiers, on the last two trips, have just carelessly piled my groceries in the cart instead of letting me organize them or just taking a moment to make sure bread and eggs don't get squished.

This is a nice Bjs it lack in some products. All Bjs are knot the same.its clean the shelves are always stocked.

No one available to help me with my heavy drink cartons. This is not acceptable. I spent a lot of money and BJ's

There is always something new to discover on a weekly basis and if you have the extra pace you really can't beat the prices for what you are getting bulk

Convenient to work and able to get everything we need for showing Lowe's employees hiw much they are appreciated. Last visit was for Soup & Sandwiches (Grilled cheese) for Safety

Was dissapointed they no longer carried metryx bars.they were the only decent price for delicious protein

For the membership cost, you can get a lot of savings and a great selection of products from electronics, to Verizon wireless phones and tablets, to kitchen and cleaning and laundry supplies, to fresh pre-made foods, to fresh fruits and vegetables, to many refrigerated and frozen foods, to snack and canned foods, to health and beauty stuff, AND even greeting cards.
They give out coupons and accept manufactory coupons.

Muck better than their competition. Gas prices are low, best cakes around and rarely have long waits in line.

Great gas prices! Just the discount on the gas, makes it worth joining! Warehouse always has advertised sale items in stock.
