Inconvenience to ask members for membership everything you enter store.like people know if you don't have a membership you will be taxed the he'll out of. Now they don't let you take handi cap carts out you have to transfer all groceries to push cart bjs is not what it use to be too many dumb rules. Time to try Sam's club

Wrong payment channel. The staff of the mall are very patient to guide. The lady at the center desk had a beautiful smile.

I bought a TV and when I was buying the TV the cashier offered to buy a protection plan. I asked if accidental drops are also covered because I was hesitant that I have babies under 2 yrs. She said it is covered. But, unfortunately my kid dropped the tv and the screen cracked. I went back to get replacement since I had my protection from the store. They started throwing my claim all over. They sent me to Assurion, assurion says they dont protect TVs. Then, Why BJ's sell protection for TV? Horrible mistake going to BJ's. Dont buy any electronics or protection from this place. Worst Place EVER.

I have their credit card they lost my payment of over $2,500 due to a system upgrade its been close to 2 months and they still haven't straighten it out.

Just got home from bj’s. When I opened a pack with porterhouse steaks I saw this: one of the pieces is dark grayish on the back side. The smell is disgusting as well. Are you guys serious? You are selling THIS to the customers? I threw away these steaks. Don’t recommend to make any purchases there. Definitely will cancel my membership after that.

I have been a member for over 10 years. I'm not sure if I'll be renewing my membership. This club is filthy and the employees and the store policies are getting worse. This club and the location in Warrington are day and night, but after the pandemic it looks like all BJs locations are run down. Hopefully corporate gives the stores a face-lift soon. But there are plenty of people who still choose to shop here.

I stopped going to this BJs. The suburban BJs are so much better. They collapsed with supply chain problems over past couple year so I stopped paying for membership and going as much. Easy to borrow a friend's card and use that to shop.

I was checking out in self checkout on 6/15/22 and I was looking for the scanner to scan my water and the charger was there for scanner so I picked it up and self checkout cashier said to me “can you please put it back and can you read this is not a scanner”. So I asked what it was doing there if you can’t scan heavy items. I must of been the wrong skin color for him to speak this way to me. I will not ever go into this BJ’s again. I will take the extra drive to a nicer store with nicer employees who don’t feel the need to talk down to you.

I've been a member of BJ's since 2019. I was told by my cashier on 07/03/21 I needed to renew my membership which I did for the year. Today, 06/07/22 my husband goes in to pick up a few things and was told the membership was expired. I called the home office and spoke with Juan Fernando Ramirez Correa (BJ's Member Care Rep). Very polite apologized for the reps error at the store, but you expired May I think July is wayyyyyy after May, so how was I able to shop & purchase things and go online later and renew the membership? He said that how it is sorry I'll give you $10 & you can renew to be a member. Mind is blown just throw the baby out with the water. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING AGAIN FOR ANOTHER YEAR THAT WON'T BE HONORED. I hope more people leave for mistreatment, lack of loyalty, and employees error that we the members are penalized for.

Parking lot need more security, last year someone broke into my car stolen my wife's bag, and last week we just left our lunch bag inside the car, someone can't broke into the car cause my car had no keyhole anymore, then they stolen my Tow Hook Cover from the bumper, Tow Hook Cover for what? Just vandalism,

My first time there today and I left without purchasing anything at all. Sure now I have a card I payed way to much money on but at least they will never get another cent off me. The place is dank and dingy. The staff all appeared to be in a bad mood. The selection was slim and the wait to purchase insane.

Not enough help, no cashiers, have 7 check outs but no cashier. Lines are way to long to stand in. When you want to call about the bakery no one answers the phone. Wouldn't recommend this place

I HAD THE BADDEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I DONT KNOW HER NAME BUT SHE IS BLACK, SHE WORKS NIGHT I EXPERIENCED THIS TONIGHT AROUND 8: 30. I GOT MY STUFF AND I WAS AT THE SELF CHECK OUT AND I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY SCANNING AND I SAW HER AND I SAID HEY SO I CAN GET SOME HELP BUT SHE WAS LIKE MY NAME IS NOT HEY DONT CALL ME THAT AND HAD THE BIGGEST ATTITUDE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS HER PROBLEM HONESTLY THIS IS MY 2nd TIME AT THIS BJS. SOMEONE PLEASEE REPORT THIS AND TAKE ACTION. WE ALL NEED A PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT PLEASE

The store associate did not let me to checkout by myself saying that I have more than 15 items in my cart despite the fact that I was about to use the regular scanner, not the “15 or less items” one. That is first time for the last 5 years. She said that the scanner will brake if I will scan over 15 items. Should I care about your scanners as a customer? Instead of checking out by myself I was waiting in a line and writing this review. Thank you.
