14The people there are very nice and helpful. However, the produce is inconsistent. Sometimes the gas pumps are extremely slow. The answer is the filter is dirty.
Some coupon items are not in stock but prices are great. Extra discount items to lower the price of gas.
I have had consistently great experience with this location over the years. I also wanted to specifically recognize an employee whose name.is " Howard. " Multiple people were asking him questions about pricing and products. He showed true concerns for whatever the customers needs were. He was just very helpful and you could just see he really aims to do his work the right way so I appreciate that and I wanted to recognize him, Thank you!
Smells like something died in the store. Nearly gagged in the meat section, at least the prices are good.
Wish I could tell you about the store but I can’t because the workers choose to ignore phone calls. I’m TRYING to call to see if their optical department is open today since it’s a half hour drive. I’ve gotten busy signals, dead air when asked to press 9 for member services or it just rang and got ignored…then went to dead air. Don’t put phones in the store if your staff is just going to ignore it. Do better. Horrible customer service. They figure you paid for a membership…you’ll come back. Nope…. Not me.
I have their credit card they lost my payment of over $2,500 due to a system upgrade its been close to 2 months and they still haven't straighten it out.
My five stars is for Olivia in the Bakery Department! She was fantastic! Did a remarkable job on my son's graduation cake. Olivia went over and beyond when it came to adding pictures to the cake. I gave her two pictures. One was good and easy to use, the second, not so much. Instead of just saying that she couldn't use it because it was too dark and get another picture, she sent me a preview of what the cake would look like, and it was DARK. She asked if I could get her another picture. The problem is there was no way I'd be able to get one to her in time for the cake to be completed. She told me not to worry and if I couldn't get her one, just bring her a picture a little earlier than I needed the cake picked up and she would quickly do it then. She called, texted, and even ordered pictures at her local CVS to see if she could edit and use the one I gave her. She called me the morning the cake was ready and told me not to worry about getting another picture, she was able to make the one I gave her work. Not only did she make it work, SHE MADE IT WORK! The cake turned out fantastic and was a huge hit. BJ's is so lucky to have an employee like her and not only did she do a great job decorating this cake, it was fresh and delicious. HIGHLY recommend Olivia for employee of the year! She truly went out of her way! THANK YOU!
A family member added me as a inner friend to use there second card they so I go shopping use the card also used my debit card to pay for my items mind you now me and the owner of the card lives in two different states I get an alert from my bank saying Fraud alert for member renewal for 55.00 I'm like wait what so I call my family member they inform me that it's no auto renewal for this account I should be charge I called bjs they said because i use my debit card they added it as payment no the freak you wont take my name off I had to call the family member to get my money back how can you steal people money without permission first and last time ever going there again
I love bjs, love their service, I am a very well attended man there. Denys and mateo are the greatest #peaceandlove keep at it fellas!
This branch is located in the Langhorne Pennsylvania area. They have a large selection and the store seems to be well stocked and clean. The cashiers seem very friendly and the long lines are well controlled. They open up a new check out line when it’s needed. The managers are available to help solve problems. It’s a great place to pick up cleaning? Supplies, athletic items, food, , office supplies and more.
Really horrible. I was waiting in check out line for 15 minutes. Costumer who were in different line came after me and left. There were two other employees just standing there. Employee who was checking things out was more concerned about talking and explaining to costumer how to use blah stuff than actually doing there job which scan and move the line. Beyond horrible.
I don't think anyone is working at this location. I just called and was put on hold for half an hour, before I just gave up. Either they closed or they just don't care about customer service any more.
Very disappointed in how the manager/management responded to my situation. I went in looking for an air fryer and Joel the customer service representative was amazing. He forwarded me to the acting manager to handled a price difference and instead of making the price the same as the price online in which it was the same item, same item number, same location I ended up walking out of the store to go somewhere else. I wasn't looking for a price match (from another store) the location has 2 different prices and nothing could come to an agreement. They wanted me to buy it online and then pick it up which would've taken 2 hours they said verses adjusting the price. This wasn't an online deal either
