Am still waiting on my FULL REFUND? I have been told you guys have scammed out of our money? I am hoping this isn’t true! There is no reason to take anyone’s money who wanted to support your events then you tell us we will be refunded NOW! We won’t! I WANT MY FULL REFUND ME AND MY FRIENDS WERE PREPARED AND PAID WHAT YOUR EVENT REQUIRED FOR ENTRY AND YOU CANCELLED TWICE on attendees. I am sure you plan to host more events however this will not go well when you have upset people with anything attached to your brand. People are due refunds! You need to do right … this is a poor representation of what your trying to accomplish and will not achieve great success.whatever you lost in your endeavors is business! And not the responsibility of the people who spent their money on your venture! You have upset quite a few women who are ready to deem you as A SCAMMER! Refunds are due.we are we are waiting! Sn: to force someone to attend an event that you may have in the future are you serious? (why would anyone do that! Ask yourself WOULD YOU, YOU STOLE OUR MONEY! Who wants to attend anything with this type of antics in business. Shameful, and disgusting.

I purchased tickets for “Picnic in Paris” and was scammed out of the promised refund. The event was cancelled 2x and I was promised a refund via email and a phone call. We were sent a email stating that due to the “businesses losses” we will not be receiving a refund. This was a scam and I would stay far away from any and all events.

What a scam! This person just literally stole everyone’s money from an event that was “cancelled” twice! If you see any marketing from this event. Do not attend! They have shady business practices.

This lady is a scammer and is using “femininity and women empowerment” to scam black women out of their hard earned money.

Me and several family members purchased tickets to attend the “Picnic In Paris” event advertised for July 9th (which we now know was rescheduled twice!) The day of the event we were told the event was being cancelled and that we could either opt for a full refund or attend another event. She called each of us individually and asked which option we preferred and we all asked for a FULL REFUND to which she agreed to. Last night- a month later, (which is also conveniently the cut off that Eventbrite allows for refunds) she sent this email to our group:

“I hope this email finds you well. As you know, due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been forced to cancel the Picnic In Paris that was set to take place on Sunday, July 9th 2023.

We have reached out each of you personally and expressed our deepest condolences for the inconvenience with the hope of making this situation better by offering full refunds to all 80+ guest. However, unfortunately we will not be able to met up to such a high expectation as we have lost tons of money that we have paid for the venue, event planners, food, DJ, vendors and other expenses due to the cancellation. ”

The rest of the email tells us we can use a “credit” toward another event within a specified time frame via eventbrite. Ma’am-who do you think you are playing with? ! What person in their right mind would attend another event you have “planned? ” Further inquiries from our group on the Facebook page and her personal page have been ignored, and the post was deleted. Several other attendees post on the page were also deleted and ppl have been blocked for simply asking for her to honor her original guarantee of a FULL REFUND. Also noted that none of the events she has advertised has pictures from the events (only stock photos) and yet she continues to advertise for future events. If it’s one thing I can’t stand it’s a scammer! Shakeisha (or Ahava Hadassah? Who knows…) girl stop playing and refund us and all these people their hard earned money!

I wish I could give negative stars! She stole a bunch of money from people who brought tickets to an event that was cancelled TWICE and then after she sends me an email stating she would process my refund in 30 days, she sends an email today stating she ran out of money and won't be giving any more refunds. But yet she is planning other events. Stay FAR away from her, this company and their "events"! Or you will get your money stolen also! I have contacted EVENTBRITE and will be escalating this further.
