I recently reordered ostomy supplies using Blackburn's web based system. Ordering was easy and I was able to adjust the items I needednright on the form. My order was processed accurately and my items arrived in a few days as promised. The web based system was much easier and faster than calling to reorder.

This review is premature, and based so far on a phone call my husband had with a representative of Blackburn’s. Apparently, she was so helpful and kind that he told me he was happy we would be doing business with your company. We’ve had 2 years of aggravation and frustration with another medical supply business. We look forward to receiving our needed equipment tomorrow, and hope for a good working relationship going forward.

Order placed online. Easy to do and it came UPS in just a couple days. When I have called and placed an order it's simple too. Except when it routes to New York and I get someone who English is not their 1st language and my order gets messed up. So to avoid the hassle I just order online

I get my ostomy supplies from Blackburn’s and have always had great experiences! There is an online reordering function (since my order is the same every month) that takes just a minute or two to submit and shipping is very fast!

I've been ordering ostomy supplies from Blackburn's for 10 years and have always been delighted with the staff, their service and their willingness to be helpful. I've referred many people for various needs and will continue to use them myself.

Looks like Blackburn's has sourced out their ordering of medical supplies. It different to understand the repersentaties and they are not very knowledgeable on the products.

Very disappointed in this company. It has been since September of 2022 that my friend has been dealing with this company and the doctors office to have a new chair ordered to replace her current chair she's had for 7 years. The chair's functions no longer function and it barely runs a full day before needing charged, but they continue giving her a run around for it.then she received a prescription for a new bed and hoyer lift, so they both get processed and are set to deliver on Tuesday if the previous bed was disposed of beforehand.but due to lack of help, wasn't possible, so they wouldn't deliver.call back and schedule for the next day between 12pm and 2pm, but no arrival and yet, her previous bed was disposed of.so now, she's stuck without having a bed to sleep in for the night and also stuck in a chair that doesn't function appropriately, so she's not even able to comfortably relax in her wheelchair for the night.what incentive do you offer when you have someone give up their bed earlier than you're bringing the replacement bed or even the wheelchair she's yet to even get answers about, but has already been approved for?

When I first got home from the hospital, the home nursing care used a terrible medical supplier. The nurses waited long on the phone calls and the deliveries were delayed.
Since my time with Blackburns, I have reordered online and my phone calls have answered professionally and in a friendly manner. I am quite satisfied with Blackburns, a great local business.

Too many problems to list here, they could care less if the wheels on your power wheelchair don't move or even fall off, 6 months I have been waiting for a client's wheelchair to get fixed. Everyone from the owner to the operator are extremely rude. I have had one tech that is very nice.

I am using their service for my oxygen supply. Ordered it a week ago to be resupplied. They informed me that it was delivered. Told them not to my home. They told me to go find it at one of my neighbors then. If I could walk from home to home I would not need oxygen. I live in the country and homes are not close. Still no oxygen delivery. It's Friday so I will be unable to enjoy the nice weekend outside because I have no oxygen.

It really is a shame that people will take the time out to write a negative reviews but won't take the time out to write positive reviews! I can't believe that anyone would have a bad experience with this company! I think they are wonderful and especially during the pandemic they have been a lifesaver to me. They are close to home and I can always count on them to get things done! I order my medical supplies from them, and I also get all my medications there and I never have a problem. They go above and beyond when needed and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and never rude! I see why they've been around so long and are so successful! Thank you Blackburn's for all you do, your service is impeccable!

I have been dealing with Blackburns’s for several years for my C-pap supplies. In the past year the quality of service as deteriorated! I’ve dealt with three people for my supplies. I have to call to say I haven’t received my supplies, they constantly send the WRONG supplies, they tell me they will check on my supplies and never call me back. One of them spoke to me very rudely as if it was my fault! I’m forced to use equipment longer than I’m supposed to because they don’t follow through! This has been a very frustrating situation. I do not recommend you use them for your medical supplies. Diana Bool
***UPDATE. I have been promised that my cushions are on the way. The most recent promise is that they had been shipped from Pittsburgh on 2/22 but it is now 2/26 and I’ve had no communication about them! I’ve had to use a cushion for 2 months! That is unhealthy and uncalled for!
