Through my last 3 years of employment, I have recieved opportunities to not only grow as a person but as an employee. Since my recent promotion as Office Manager, I have begun to work closely with many of the guards from the start of the hiring process and connect with clients. We pride ourselves on finding guards that are trustworthy, reliable, honest, hardworking, and have the upmost integrity. While not every guard has worked out due to their own negligence in not following policies and procedures, we currently have outstanding guards who pride themselves on the services they provide and whom are eager for new experiences.
