Staff was great, they were very welcoming, and very informative about there bikes, and prices, the sales team and finance department was great, they were straight forward and on to the point which I like, lol, I came in just to look at bikes and with in a few days Blackmans cycle followed up with me, with a great apoval rate, on a motorcycle that I like, so I couldnt resist the offer, so i purchase the 2021 c50t and like Mc Dee's I was loving it, lol, just wanted to say thanks blacksman cycle for the thing's that you do for your customer's.

This dealership has got to be the MOST friendly dealerships I have ever visited. I live an hour away and I will drive past the dealerships near my house just to give Blackmans my business. I stopped in on a Sunday to get a price on an ATV. Warren greeted me before I was even done walking through the door. He showed me the units (in the rain) and had quotes in my hand in less than 10 minutes. He responded to my email promptly that evening.and needless to say I purchased a unit the next day. When I came back, Corey and John I think was his name (nice sales gentleman with a beard) both saw that I had two children with me and went above and beyond to make my transaction as smooth and easy as possible. Corey was informative and cheerful as could be! (she even entertained my daughter while I was signing). I can tell Blackmans hires good people and seemingly provides a happy work environment. I cant speak more highly of you guys and the level of customer service makes me want to buy something else. Truly exceptional customer experience from the bottom of my heart.
I am just an average joe with two kids in their store and they treated me like I was someone important buying an exotic car!

I have to give it to the folks at Blackmans, especially Spencer & Cody. They made my wife feel at ease about us getting the Syder RT. I was totally shocked and surprised about her reaction. You guys/gals made it an enjoyable purchase from the motorcycle, helmets and information on the jackets. I am looking forward to our next shopping trip to Blackmans.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new bike at Blackmans Cycle in Emmaus, PA. It was an excellent experience. Beyond the amazing number of bikes and brands, all the salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant – especially Rick from whom I purchased my Moto Guzzi. Corey who did my paperwork was great and the process went extremely smoothly. My trade-in was top dollar and overall deal very fair. Had an excellent experience purchasing a motorcycle from Blackmans Cycle. I have a unique situation where I have moved back to the east coast but don’t have a residency yet but they were more than willing to work with me through the difficulties and make it all happen. The bike was priced better than anywhere else I could find and the employees went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable on my new bike and knew all of its features. They have a huge selection of different motorcycles, atvs, and other powersports as well as tons of parts available. I could spend all day walking around and checking everything out. Definitely would make the trip again and highly recommend everyone consider shopping with them if they have something you’re interested in!

Overall my experience was very good with Blackmans. Purchase process went very efficiently and was pleased they gave me an opportunity to road-test vehicle on a day they typically do not do that. Only one issue I had with whole process that I won’t post on here but overall I was very happy.
