Blaine represented me before he blew up and got so big and was looking for his services again but called 4 times and talked to 4 different people and never even got a callback.the unprofessionalism is definitely a shame

I had a case where I needed the support of a shark of a lawyer. Blaine Jones told my wife and me that he’d take really good care of the case. I paid him his money upfront and from there, it went down hill. His staff as well as himself ignored all my calls, while answering my sister’s number when I had her call for me. When I wanted a refund, Blaine Jones himself finally reached out and told me he promised to take care of me. I needed to know that a game plan was in place. Court came and Blaine Jones did not show. I called-no answer, and finally one of his associates showed up late. His associate had no knowledge of the details of the case so we spent a lot of time explaining it to him rather than coming up with a plan to defend me. I do not recommend this lawyer to anyone. Very unprofessional and insincere to promise to have a client’s back and then refuse to even answer when they call, leaving them in the dark about their own case and defense.

Helped us get a sentence that reflected the crime committed. Very friendly and doesn't talk down to you treats you like a person not a criminal. Would totally recommend that you contact him if you have the need of a lawyer

Case started in 2018. I was looking at potentially 5 years (max) on a felony in federal court. Al Burke fought hard and got my charge down to a misdemeanor and 1 year probation, which is almost unheard of in federal court.

The criminal justice system in my county looked to circumvent the legal process and ruin my life and career. I contacted Blaine Jones Law and he held them to the standard. To say he fought for me is to put it mildly. His tenacity, candor and professionalism led to the only outcome that he would accept here; case dismissed!
