6You’d think answering the phone whenever they get a call is apart of the job as a receptionist.while i was there-there was one lady doing all the work, while 2 women sat there and talked about other people’s lunch and complained about their lives as the phone sat there ringing.this place may or may not be the biggest joke when it comes to caring about the people who need help/utilize the services provided.try it yourself.try to call in and you will sit on hold for 15 minutes just for them to hangout on the other end and end the call right as they answer.pathetic customer service.
Respect for one another goes a long way. I had to drop off forms, and the security guard helped me and had me on my way in a few minutes. His kind smile was welcoming. Thank you, friend!
The case worker took everything from us bc my estranged husband got a job working 10hours a week.they are so uneducated and rude. Thanks Brandon!
Very nice staff, but the wait is sometimes unbearable. Most often, it is a necessary visit, although often a long one.
Depends who you get as a case worker. One lady seemed annoyed. I was asking legit questions she couldn't answer, and then I got a call the next day with someone who knew what they were talking about and helped me immensely. So, I guess it depends on the day.
The man I got for income tax help, I feel knew his stuff. However, I felt like a burden & unintelligent, which he did little to correct.
Let me add ~ that at the very end of our meeting, as I was holding back tears, he did offer another option & even made a remotely positive statement of encouragement. Thank you, Sir. I needed tax aid, but I need some encouragement even more! Cheers!
Living off of food from family for 2 weeks now because of no EBT card coming in the mail. Wasn't told I had the option of coming in to pick up until after it was sent and 10 business days passed. So I send my husband to pick it up since his job is much closer than I am. They wouldn't let him get it for me because his name isn't on the card. I gave permission! They don't mind taking all of his income info yet he can't pick it up so we can get food into our empty fridge!
