Went here for years, many years, both in family based and one on one basis. We took a break to see how things went. I called to get in again and since we didn't go they took us out of the system. Not taking new clients. REALLY. Not for the kiddo's I see.

The outpatient and administration is horrendous. They violated HIPAA repeatedly and were beyond unprofessional and dishonest. If you/your child have suffered any trauma or abuse, it would behoove you to avoid this company lest you seek re-victimization and further trauma.

This place started out good and slowly started going downhill. My son went through 2 different counselors within a span of a few months and moving on to a 3rd before I, the parent, got a little upset because of this whole new adjustment. I see why this place can't keep anyone employed. I was told I would get a call back to schedule with a new counselor and never received one. That was like 5 months ago! Our family has gone through a huge loss earlier this year which needed this service during our time of grief and these people, the administrative, flat out don't care! The counselors were great though. I think we can all agree it's hard to open up to strangers with our personal problems so when you have to keep starting over with new people it's a setback. This was my experience and I hope it helps someone to got elsewhere. Thanks for reading my post.
