Blair Memorial Park

My mother passed away last December. Still waiting on her grave marker which was prepaid years ago. Been given the run around since April. First they told me it was on a truck, then it hadn't shipped, now the date of death is being put on. Can't give me an approximate date of arrival.

Update as of June 28th. 18 months after mother's passing. Markers received. Granite finally installed with markers, however granite that was installed did not have the vase my mother ordered and paid for. Vivian gives me a different story every time I speak to her. Problem is she never remembers what she tells me from the last conversation. Just want the truth. Been one big disappointment after another.

Vivian was wonderful! She explained everything in detail, answered our questions, and made the paperwork seamless.

Vivian helped us choose the perfect site for my uncle. The cemetery has a beautiful view of the mountains and is easy to get to. My family appreciates the friendliness.

I met with Matthew yesterday and just wanted to say he was very professional and what he had to say was very informative. I feel I will be able to be better prepared with the tools he shared with me.

I have had the opportunity to work with Vivian throughout the years and have nothing but good things to say about her compassion and her knowledge of the process, A satisfied customer!

Most of my family are buried at Blair Memorial Park. Just recently my father and mother were laid to rest. Vivian was a pleasure to talk with and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you to all that helped our family in this time of need.

Very nice cemetery and the staff are wonderful to work with. Vivian, who helped me, is very pleasant and caring when dealing with a loss of a loved one.

Vivian is a lovely woman who works with you with humanity and grace. The cemetery is well cared for, even in the winter. My great grandparents, and now my grandma, rest here peacefully.

Blair Memorial Park has been very informative and helpful in the process for the burial of my mother. Very friendly staff, and a beautiful cemetery.

Wouldn't go here under the current management. They don't have their ducks in a row. My grandmother's tombstone wasn't ordered till my mother had to harass them about it and all but threaten legal action. It's been a year since she died and they said they had JUST received part of her headstone.this isn't including the literal hole in the ground that took multiple calls from my mother and aunt to get filled. My mother takes my nephews there and they could have actually gotten hurt from the size and depth of the hole.

EDIT: FINALLY the grave marker was delivered and placed, but they didn't do it how it was ordered. It was ordered as one piece, no plates. It has plates for the death and birthdays! It was all ordered at the same time to be ONE piece. I'd understand if the death days were plates because a lot of people buy the plots and markers first then they just get the death day added. This was not the case since her and my grandfather had already passed and it was ordered.

SERIOUSLY. Stay away.
