Just put an order in for a Wrangler here today. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. Great experience so far. I’d recommend this place.

My family and I were traveling from Virginia to Buffalo for a football game. We happened to breakdown in Lewisburg not far from Blaise Alexander. The people were so kind to us, they let us hang out while we worked out getting a rental car and tolerated my kids running around. We left my van there for repairs and came back for it during the week. The service manager was understanding and amazing! If we lived closer we would utilize them more. If you live in the area, this is the place to go!

Dealership is comfortable with appropriate customer amenities. Good selection of new and used vehicles. Sales representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. They are reasonable to bargain with if you are willing to push a bit.

Well I'm changing my review I guess I should never judge a book by its cover everyone there at Blaze Alexander are very nice and did everything possible to help my friend get the vehicle that he needed I guess I should have just never jumped the gun I would express my apology and I would most definitely come back looking for a Dodge Challenger down the road

I recently hit a deer so i went to blaise to shop cars with a decent down payment and good credit.they ran my credit and it was taking forever then when they came back they had a 16% interest rate. I am only 21 and this is one of my first major purchases. I have been quoted around 8 percent at many other dealers and the salesmen urged me not to ask my dad about the numbers and buy the car without questioning it. They even offered to buy me beer if I took it off the lot without my dads input.

In the days following this review a representative, Robert, reached out to me via phone call and made amends for the situation. He apologized for how things were handled and even said he would have a conversation with the salesman in question. He was wonderful to work with and it leads me to believe I had one bad experience with a company that may be very honest and respectful as a whole.use caution but i would no longer steer away from the company as a whole.

Zero stars my wife made an appointment tursday to look at a vehicle on Saturday we get there at the appointment time and they tell us the vehicle is at a different location that's 4 days to bring the vehicle to the right lot then we ask if there was any other vehicles within our price range salesman looks at his papers and said he would be right back with a set of keys NOPE that vehicle was gone also it seemed as though the salesman didn't even want to deal with us also when looking at there website there was a vehicle in there lot that was in our price range we were looking at it while we were waiting on a salesman to come out of the building as far as im concerned they can shut there doors this was at the rt 15 location in Lewisburg

I recently purchased a vehicle from Blaise Alexander Lewisburg and it was by far the best and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever been involved with! Rob comerer my salesman is a man of his word and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle there and using Rob as your salesman. Dan in finance was also excellent and easy to work with.

I brought a car in for inspection with an elderly woman I help out and she can be difficult at times they were patient, kind, answered all her questions and accommodated her as much as they could! A plus, when they gave her her bill it was less than what they first told it would be! That's always nice! But I noticed before we left one of the mechanics went out and double checked to make sure everything was on tight and looked good. I was impressed! Good job!

Definitely a 5 star dealership! I bought my truck there in 2018 and the sales department is great. They are so friendly and are willing to go that extra mile. Every time I take my truck to the service department the staff is so friendly, they do phenomenal work in timely manner. They are also willing to go that extra mile as well. I was hit by a snowplow truck in December 2021. The collision shop at Blaise Alexander Chrysler did an outstanding job repairing the damage. I would not hesitate taking my vehicle to them for repairs or service.

First I wanna say that I'm a very picky & particular person when it comes to my vehicles. With that said, I 100% recommend the collision center. They're hands down the best. An absolutely wonderful group of folks they have working in that department.
My 2017 dodge journey went in after hitting a deer July 3,2022. My vehicle had the ignition interlock system installed in it (no not for me) and there was just issue after issue with it, one thing after another going wrong (to no fault of the folks at the collision center) which was holding them up on being able to start the repairs on my car and finish them. After a month of running back and forth from home to lewisburg and being on the phone fighting with interlock My car was finally finished. It was honestly overall a very frustrating experience I know for me dealing with the whole interlock fiasco. The folks in the collision center dealt with alot of unnecessary "stuff" when it came to my vehicle and not one time did any of the employees complain about it to me, voice any frustration, show me any type of attitude or rude behavior. They were nothing but super nice and understanding throughout. They just went above and beyond more than they had to. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone I come across that needs any type of body repair done to their vehicle and they will 100% continue to be my go to body shop whenever I need any work done to my vehicle. Words can't even the express the amount of appreciation and thanks that I feel they are owed from me. I just can't thank them enough! Thank you again to Mike Ettinger and everyone involved with my vehicle (Mavis). You did a great job with her!

5 star all the way around! The service team got my jeep in, honored my jeep wave, drove me to work and had everything completed by the time I had finished my shift. The manager, Rob, even let me in after hours so I could drive home that night. Even though I had never been to this dealership before, they treated me like a recurring customer! Thank you
