I took a Savage Model 11 to them to have the muzzle brake removed. The gunsmith (I didn't catch his name, sorry!) was very friendly and had the stubborn muzzle brake off in less than 15 minutes. Neat little shop with some used guns on the rack. Worth a stop even if you're just passing through.

Got an email from them about a purchase that i did not do. Not sure if someone is using their name or this is standard practice for this company.

They completed a reblue and repair of a pump shotgun in time for it to be given back to it's owner for his birthday. Much appreciated. Owners are very knowledgeable and they love there work.

I'm always a little skeptical of other gunsmith's level of expertise and genuine knowledge of the trade. I've been a trained gunsmith and custom riflemaker since 1976. Recently I came upon one I couldn't handle (separating a Savage 99 barrel from the receiver) so I sent it to Zack. It completed the task quickly and without marring any metal surfaces. I give him 2 thumbs up. I also just purchased some of his alkanet finish to use on a double rifle build.
