Everyone was so kind and so patient with me picking out my motorized blinds they are absolutely breathtaking even the guy that put them in for us he was very nice very prompt that did not take him long he explained how to work them to us he was very nice and kind and quick he did a great job thank you blinds to go be happy to recommend you to all our family and friends

I never bought any blinds from this place. I don’t even know where this place is but they keep sending me notices that my order is ready so I think it’s a big scam so beware

David is the best installer! Originally came out to measure and then installed when blinds came in. A few months later we had to replace a window frame and he came back out to rehang the blinds for us. The blinds weren’t hanging exactly perfect on the strings and he wouldn’t accept “good enough” he had to make perfect again. He’s the best!

My kids are a bit rough on our screen doors. When a clip broke due to the constant slamming of doors the amazing team in Langhorne were quick to the fix. We showed up late to the store on a Saturday and they were happy to help us! Thank you so much!

Very positive experience. Toldo was most helpful in resolving issues with our order. He went above and beyond in assuring that the product was exactly as ordered, despite an initial factory mix-up, and saw to it that the problem was resolved promptly. Ultimately, we were most satisfied with both the blinds and the service.

I recieved this survey prior to my product delivery and install occuring.

I was scheduled for delivery and install Monday afternoon. The product shipped to the wrong location. Rather than informing me prior to my appointment (you should know the day before or maybe the morning you are loading the truck). I was called during my delivery window. I had already removed the current window treatments (they did offer to bring temp blinds), scheduled my day to be off of work, hustled home from errands and rescheduled other appointments that conflicted.

What could make this better? Track orders and inform of issues as soon as possible. Things happen, but how you handle the issue differentiates you.

They can't come out until next week.

Blinds to go made the whole process extremely easy. The worker who hung my blinds was amazing. He hung seven blinds in under an hour. They look amazing and I will definitely use Blinds to go again.

Angela was especially amazing and patient. Very knowledgable and helped us with everything. There is a lot of variety and the showroom is great. The turn around time was quick and we had our blinds in 2 weeks. We chose to pick up but they also offer delivery. Will definitely be using them again.

All the people were highly professional. The young man, installing the blinds, was highly professional, getting the job done in minimum time. I would recommend your business to others.

I would rate them as a minus one hundred on a scale of one to ten and would discourage anyone from dealing with Blinds to Go! Installer put 14 holes in our wall and left the boxes and mess! Shades were made improperly even though someone came out and measured our windows.

Store experience, measuring and installing great! Ridiculous wait time from purchase to installation, needs better communication with customer if manufacturing will be beyond what was quoted!
