Follow up review…DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I need to say this place has some of the worst follow ups and customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had an issue with an improperly cut blind which I returned and reordered but it was still the wrong size, so 4 months later I still don’t have my shades. I have to constantly call them and schedule appointments for pick up/installation. They don’t call me or email about anything I’m currently at my wits end for my damn blind.
I would never ever EVER recommend. Run far away. I guess I was happy with how they dealt with me at the store which is why I wrote the review and everything since then has been horrible service.

Excellent service! Mary was the associate who dealt with me, she was excellent! She very patiently went through EVERY option with me and answered all my questions in depth. She also made sure to check and recheck the order to make sure she did not make any errors! Definitely would recommend!

Lisa at Blinds to go was very patient and thorough as I talked through what i was looking for. She walked me through all of the blind, curtains, and window covering options. She answered all the questions that I had and we were able to come to an amazing conclusion where I placed my order. I would definitely recommend Lisa and Blinds to go.
