Ordered blinds through Costco. Blinds48 delivered and installed yesterday. Last night I went to close the blinds in the bedroom. While two closed fine, the third one came down unattached and hit me on my head and arm and put a dent in the window sill. We called to say what happened, asked for a service call to assess the cause, then rehang the blind. We were told that they can't come back for a week and a half. Great customer service, really care!

Even when the manufacturer said they would do a remake because the blinds continually broke, Blinds48 did not want to do what is right. Again, this is a lack of customer service with Blinds48.

Contracted with Blinds48 the first of August 2022 for the custom measurement and installation of a fair number of Comfortex 2" Faux Wood Blinds for our new home. All blinds were the same color, one of the basic whites that was offered.
Blinds are now installed and working fine. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. In and out in about 2 hrs.
The blinds took a month to come in and were installed at the end of August. One of the blinds though did not fit. Either through mis-measurement or manufacturing it was wrong and we were left with a large bedroom window without a blind until late December. Regarding payment, Blinds48 required 50% on order (first of Aug) and balance before install (end of Aug) and the customer also pays the freight charges from the manufacturer to Blinds48. Our issue, besides the long delay in fixing the bad blind was lack of proactive communication, lack of a temporary solution, vague date estimates for the replacement blind, missed date estimates in Oct and Nov, and not even minor remedial compensation from Blinds48 who had full payment (thousands of $) for close to 4 months before the job was completed.
On blinds and install alone we'd give this a high rating but on overall customer service they failed to meet expectations.

I can't say enough good about Blinds 48. They were out in a timely manner to measure, and the install was done quickly and looks amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality blinds in their home.

Worst experience ever! Ordered 6700.00 in plantation shutters and automated solar custom shades. Sales lady lied rude. Had to file complaint because installer at home 3 different times and auto shades still don’t work! Subcontract through Costco! Still waiting on repairs ruining our holidays. Don’t trust this company!
