I showed up to my appointment after driving thirty mins for them to tell me that my eye lash tech was not there anymore. I got no text or nothing from them. I also even confirmed my appointment. The text says wasn’t delivered yet the owner does not call to make sure

I tried to give this place multiple chances after a bad experience with extensions, which yes they couldn’t have seen coming but the customer service after the fact was awful. So I went back a few years later for lash lift and tint and the service is so hit or miss. Out of the 4 times I’ve been there one session was great, the next was awful, the third was decent and after this one I won’t return. My tech talked the whole time about his tired she was which is fine but after I left I notice I had tint all over my lid and my left eye was barely lifted. I’m out of chances and will go elsewhere

Unprofessional. When someone has a scheduled eyelash appointment, drive 30 minutes to find out the technician is not there and you can't get your eyelashes done anymore. Not the first time scheduling errors have happened. Make sure you reach out to your customers. Will never refer someone here again. Very Unprofessional

The place was nice and I appreciated that they offer late evening appointments. However, I got a lash lift and tint and the tint is the only thing that was effective. Immediately after when I checked the mirror, one eye was lifted and the other side was not. The next day, I showered and then the lift was completely gone. I was kind of glad it was gone because it looked crazy to have only one side lifted. The service was almost $100 bucks and unfortunately, I do feel like it was money wasted. Maybe their lash extensions services are better.

LOVE Blink and Megan. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and relaxing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. 10/10 recommend.

To say I was dissatisfied with my service there is a complete understatement. I had scheduled to get my lashes lifted and she no showed on me. When I did finally meet her, she was very rude and unprofessional and did not hold back on how she felt about her employees despite me and other clients being there. I’d give this place no stars if I could. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Btw! Totally recommend Lumi- they’re always good for it.

Woman owned business AND Stunning Lashes! You won't find online or DIY! These are artists to maintain the integrity of your lashes! My lashes last a long time. The lash beds are comfortable (curves to your body). The atmosphere is clean, and chic w/o judgement. Transparent pricing & running deals are a plus. I feel so confident after walking out of the door with lashes that I personally chose. The owner trains all her staff so you will get the best result. I met Megan and her kindness and flexibility made me feel at home. I have been a loyal client and won't go anywhere else. It's like the barber shop but for women & Lash Lovers. Book with them, you wont regret it!

I’ve been seeing Lilly for quite some time now for lash extensions, but today decided to also have a brow lamination and tint. My brows and eyelashes are very blonde, and essentially absent to the eye. No longer! I have brows y’all! I am obsessed! Thanks Lilly! I’m hooked!

I am new to getting lash extensions. I have been there 3 times now and am loving my lashes. They look natural and I get so many compliments. Lauren is my tech and she is very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I recommend this place and Lauren. I will be a long time customer.

I have been going to Blink for over a year now for my lash extensions and everyone I’ve seen has been amazing. I have been to several different techs including Lily, Addie and Megan and all of my experiences have been great! The studio is very welcoming and calming which makes for a very comfortable appointment. The blankets are definitely a great touch! I recommend Blink Beauty to anyone looking for lash extensions.

It’s even sadder that Blink Beauty owner can’t own up to her fault on this situation. The fact that she thinks im harassing is ridiculous. It is POORLY run. Customer service is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Obviously if she keeps responding to where CUSTOMERS are supposed to tell other CUSTOMERS about businesses. Anyway, I had a feeling I would not be needing a fill just yet, SO I sent a text suggested by the owner. ONLY to have no one answer me. THEN when I call to confirm my cancellation. KAT, rudely inform me I’m being charged 50% =$75! For my to soon appointment (they must need it more than me, they don’t have much help) I was very upset and asked Megan to call me. NEVER responded, the owner not responding? ! They read my detailed text message. When I called back after 5pm. I got the voicemail. The voicemail that states to use the text message and you will get a response. They blocked me, never responded. I was calm, not yelling or anything but still Megan cowardly ignored me. Customers beware! This is how they treat GOOD CUSTOMERS! GOOD paying customers. Lashes are EXPENSIVE and I don’t DESERVE this treatment. NO ONE DOES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE ELSE! I worked a lot of hours last week, 85. I explained that to them, THIS IS HOW they treat me. Treated me like literally I was never appreciated, lying about me being harassing. Don’t even know how to act like that. It just shows how immature. I spent a lot of money at Blink. What Megan failed to mention is I would come weekly, more often than most. I am not surprised this reaction is coming from a young woman, immaturity is obviously relevant. I have never had an owner/management never call back or respond. Don’t waste your money. And to accuse me of harassing? I have NEVER! I’m better than that. I’m in love with BABE LASH eyelash serum! Works AWESOME! Thanks Kat for introducing me to this… my own lashes are 100% better now. Fired me? Lol I wouldn’t go back there if they were the last place on earth. I don’t think they understand how businesses operate.

I got a lash tint and lift with Lina today! I was so comfortable the entire time and I love how everything turned out! 10/10 coming again

I was a new client to Megan. She was super friendly and informative. She made sure she was on the same page as to what I wanted and what I was looking for with my lash look. We ended up doing a volume set with added color. We also did decals and glitter and I am 100% obsessed with it! Can’t wait to come back again in 2 weeks. The salon was so clean and all the ladies were beyond friendly and welcoming.

Lauren does an amazing job! Had lashes for couple months done by others. Was going to stop because retention was not good. Since Lauren my lashes still look great at the end of two weeks. Hooked

Katerina was great and very knowledgeable about lash lifts, best looking lash lift I’ve ever had!

The people here were very nice but they did not do the lashes i wanted.i had them done and then redone and both times they did not make my lashes the style i wanted even when i showed the same picture both times.when i got them redone, they started to hurt the next day. Had to go to a different lash place to get them removed, luckily they removed them for free.

I love my lashes. Kat always does an amazing job and her energy is so welcoming. She makes you feel very comfortable and she’s always so friendly. I just love her The shop is also so beautiful and clean. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about Blink Beauty.

Had a first class deep tissue massage with Tammy. She has really helped me recover quickly from aches and pains!
