9 Infotainment screen on Ram 1500 had known issue of bad OEM plastic LCD screen peeling and falling apart, leading to ghost touches (screen goes crazy as if touching it, by itself).
Tom was very helpful at doing a diagnosis, helping find the right replacement part, and installing it.
Much more professional and reasonable than dealerships around the area.

I was referred to blossom by another shop. Tom was very friendly and professional from the first call. Had a remote start installed within a couple hours.
