Blue Bell Villas

While our stay has just started with the BBV community, my family has been very impressed with both the professionalism, and quick response to our questions by both Jasmine and Ashley. Jasmine's warm and sincere smile on our initial visit was a nice welcome.

Hi! I had the pleasure to go on tour of 2 units with Jasmin. She did an excellent job explaining all the amenities and upgrades. She was also very knowledgeable about the complex and the area. It feels like a very safe well kept development.

We mostly enjoyed our stay here, but there were definitely some major issues.

First the pros:
1. I did appreciate how they modified our apartment to fit our needs initially and how prompt they were in completing it.
2. The number of amenities they provided like a community pool, gym room, computers, and etc.
3. Maintenance was quick to fix problems around the apartment or completely replace things like appliances as well.

Now the Cons:
1. These apartment are old and definitely suffered from what I like to call the "landlord special. " Essentially, some blemishes are simply "painted" over or just fixed in the cheapest, and fastest way possible.
2. Some amenities were dialed back during the height of the pandemic and a few just never came back.
3. The staff are very nice, however, I did not appreciate how they tried to increase the rent during a time in the pandemic when businesses were closed. Luckily, I got them to not increase it.
4. The rent is quite expensive for what you get and the apartments are starting to show their age. By the time we moved out, the place was starting to have water leakage issues and parts of the kitchen area were literally falling apart. Also, we found (dead) hornets and bees in the less visited areas of the apartment when we started moving things out.

I'm general, this is a great short term location if you're in between places or need a temporary housing solution.

Everyone i came across on site was very prompt and helpful. There was a huge focus on customer satisfaction and any issues were resolved very quickly (there were very few to begin with).
Facility is top notch and there is a posh feel to the area and surroundings. I would certainly stay again.

Our Blue Bell Villas townhouse met all our expectations and needs in moving to PA from several states away. The townhouse is nicely appointed and features an abundance of much appreciated storage space. Outside, we really enjoy the beautiful, well-maintained, park-like setting great for walking. On the PA end of our move, Ashley and all the office staff helped make the process of renting a townhouse to be as straightforward and stress free as possible. Jasmine, in particular, earned five stars for all that she did – from driving us on the AVE “golf cart” to several available townhouses to guiding us through the online leasing process to making sure a few cosmetic defects and other minor issues were corrected before we moved in and for answering or finding answers to all our questions. We are glad to call Blue Bell Villas home.

Absolutely love this place, only been here one month but the front office, staff, and community is awesome. Any type of service issues are fixed immediately, Ashley and Jamie from the front office is a pleasure to deal with, thank you guys for an awesome job…

Wonderful place. So much to offer and the staff and residents are polite and friendly. I felt safe, relaxed and can't wait to move in. It's very clean and well maintained. Thanks Jasmine and Ashley! Love you guys!

If you are in need of a short term furnished rental, Blue Bell Villas is an excellent option. True short term rentals with flexible dates, let alone furnished rentals, are very difficult to come by in our area. Blue Bell Villas has created a very customer friendly, seamless process to apply and reserve your rental. Jasmine went above and beyond the call of duty to provide superior customer service.

If you’re looking for a wonderful apartment with an amazing pool, great gym and dog park with lots of parking this place is for you. I’ve been apartment searching for almost 4 weeks now and Blue Bell Villas is by far the best place I’ve had a tour with. The staff is excellent, the property is very clean and quiet and I just had a very pleasant experience there and hopefully I can become a part of their community.

I have lived here for 2 months and can say that this community is very nice! The sidewalks and general neighborhood are very great to walk around, and the overall aesthetic is pleasing.

The leasing office and maintenance crew have been very responsive and caring as well, working quickly to resolve a few items after I moved in.

The units are a bit old and the prices are certainly high, so that is something to consider. However, they are still nice and make you feel at home and safe!

Have lived here for 15 years, love the area, amenities, professional courteous staff, beautiful grounds!
