Blue Compass RV Fleetwood (RV One Superstores)

Great experience! Staff was friendly and got a great deal. Overall very happy with our purchase.

My wife and I purchased a used RV from Blue compass RV in Kutztown, Pa. We were involved in a flood, and we lost our ability to live in our house, so we figured just get a RV to stay in while we work to rebuild our lives. Bad idea, we were sold into a mess of problems that aren't being taken care of. The 1st time it was delivered, all of the waste tanks were full of fecal matter. The propane line leaked. Rain water poured through the skylight in the bathroom. There is delamination in the front and back of the RV, and rotten interior areas with mold! We were told to dump the wastewater ourselves by service and they're RV tech. Remember we were involved in a flood and our house is unliveable due to the extent of damage. We had the RV less than 10 days, but enough time to investigate more. They agreed to fix the issues that should have been taken care of prior to purchase. So it sat at the dealership from September 30,2023 till I bugged them enough that it was delivered again, supposedly with the issues fixed, not the case. Plus a new surprise. Propane line still leaked. The water leaks in the delaminated panels are still moldy. Now there's a huge leak that filled up the space below the RV that's insulated for the weather. All of the insulation is soaked and the panels holding up the insulation has filled up to where it's going to burst. We had it less than a week and they were notified on October 28th, 2023. Service again scheduled a tech to come out to access the issues again. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday November 1st, 2023. Still waiting for the technician to show up. Here are pics of the underside where the leak gathered. We just wanted something safe, but it seems that's not what they sold us. We have during this time, had a private RV technician inspect our issues, and he was surprised of the neglected problems. So now it's starting to get cold, and the leak hasn't been addressed, eventually the insulation will mold. All the problems could have been fixed before they delivered it the 1st time, we paid them to inspect it before delivery. At this point obviously the health and safety of my family is of no concern to Blue compass RV of Kutztown Pa. I was called shortly after the 1st posting by the dealership manager "Mike" saying how sorry he was, and he would take care of the problems.he also finally sent RJ, who is their technician, he cut the underbelly open to drain the mess into my driveway! And that was it, nothing fixed! The manager has not contacted us since promising to resolve all the issues on November 1st, 2023. What kind of business does this to customers? I will post weekly updates and pictures on every available site! Update for November 20,2023. Received a phone message from Brianna in service, I believe she didn't realize who she called because when I returned her call 3 separate times, she never returned any calls. The lack of responsibility is amazing! Here's more pictures of the unservice they have provided.

Picked up our new to us camper today, the staff is very friendly and it's a low pressure environment. Jeff our salesman was very flexible and accommodating, Mike in finances was great as well with getting us where we needed to be price wise on the unit, And the service team was very knowledgeable during the walk around and hitch installation. We will definitely be returning customers!

**Updating as Blue dog has changed owners twice now in only two years. Both companies had/have a non existent service department to the point we are using a mobile rv repair company to fix our issues and the Fleetwood location is only 20 mins from our home. No one picks up the phone (unless they are trying to sell you something) and we are still waiting for a call back since March to schedule service. Buyer beware this company is probably not in it for the long haul and have no interest in fixing previous issues.

Place was easy going, not too pushy.decent selection.they didnt try to fit a trailer for me but rather a trailer that fit my needs if that makes sense.so after put a holding payment for my trailer until i came in and finished the paperwork.went back through my paperwork and realized i was never given a receipt for my holding payment.but got one for the rest of my downpayment.called back to talk to the finance manager to get one, left a message and never received a call back or anything.but they were quick to call me and scheduled my time to come in and do paperwork for it though. Also when i was filling out my contract paperwork i was interrupted twice by the sales person.very unprofessional but i guess that is the standard.i would give 5 stars for the service department.ran into a few issues and they were great to help me out with everything.overall not a bad experience but definitely could use some work.

Thank you to the new management team at RV One, Blue Compass. They took care of all of our past issues with our purchase punch list. When they first found out our issues we were having they dealt with it promptly. And as always our sales girl Brooke was great through it all. Thank you again for resolving the issues.

Purchased our 1st Travel trailer here. Customer service was great! Came back 9 months later and upgraded to a larger unit. Brook was great at showing us what was available for us to tow as well as getting us financed quickly. Looking to purchase check RV One out they have a great selection, helpful and super friendly!

Brook sold us a camper keystone hideout and we absolutely love it after 2 years no issues. Brook made everything so easy and always checks in on us often.

This place is amazing! The service that you get here is like no other. Everyone was great m, but Brook was so awesome. She took care of me and all of my needs and I got pretty much everything I was asking for. They hooked me up with hitch kit, some added amenities, etc. I’ll now travel the country in style.
