Josh did an amazing job. He was great to work with and treated the inspection like he was inspecting a home for himself. His attention to detail was much appreciated. Very prompt turn around for the report. Highly recommend his services.

Editing my original review because not even a year and a half later and my roof is leaking. It's hilarious because Josh asked me to leave a good review to counteract the bad one about a roof leak AND NOW MY ROOF IS LEAKING. Someone seriously needs some training on roofs. It's leaking in 3 spots, the roof leak deductible is $500, but apparently the whole roof probably needs replacing and I doubt the warranty will cover that. He missed the garage door opener being incorrectly installed as well which was hundreds to fix. Each thing could've been priced off the house, now I'm going to spend thousands of dollars to fix. The warranty only covers very specific types of damage and that deductible is ridiculous. I do not recommend this company at all.

Josh was a phenomenal resource to us during the home buying process! We originally worked with an inspector recommended by our realtor, but we felt they rushed us through the process. Looking for a 2nd opinion, we stumbled on Josh via the NACHI website and really lucked out. He was so methodical, friendly, and responsive. He took the time to explain every issue in the house and give his honest assessment of what needed to be addressed. He never got frustrated with our endless questions and was very approachable after the inspection to answer follow up questions over text. No question we will be using him for our next home purchase and recommending him to our friends and family.
