I am from out of state and ordered a floral arrangement for same day local delivery and was so happy to see my order was delivered only a few hours later! My family member sent me a picture of the arrangement she received and it was beautiful!

Blue Moon Florist is amazing! They worked with me and my wedding designer to put together the most beautiful floral arrangements! We worked with Erin who was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process no matter how many changes I made. The great thing about them is you can order more “ala carte” then other florists allow so they really let you customize your order to fit in your budget. My and my bridal parties bouquets and boutonnieres were PERFECTION! I cannot recommend Erin and the team at Blue Moon enough!

I simply adore Blue Moon Florist! I have used them 4 times in the last 3 months to send flower/gift arrangements near Downingtown. I was calling from out of state and wasn’t sure what to expect. They have consistently exceeded my expectations. Here are some examples of the exceptional service I experienced:

1. I called and started an order but unfortunately had to drop off to take another call. I got distracted and forgot to call back and a few hours later one of the employees at Blue Moon Florist called me back. I was so grateful as the day started to get away from me and I might have forgotten to finish the request for delivery of an arrangement.

2. One time when I called the florist was experiencing a power outage. They still took the order and the transaction was seamless and everything was delivered as expected.

3. I received a picture of one of the arrangements (attached) I sent and it is just stunning.

Picked up the "Once in a Blue Moon" arrangement for an anniversary and, as usual, it was fantastic, made on time and the service was excellent. I've never had a bad experience with Blue Moon Florist and every arrangement I've purchased was raved about by the recipient.

On-line ordering was a breeze, flowers arrived on time and the recipient said they were gorgeous! Huge arrangement for the price!

Thank you for the exceptional arrangement you sent on 7/13 for my mother Alice Shepherd. They looked like a basket of fresh picked flowers. My Mom, being a flower lover, would have loved them. Most of my family used Coatesville Flowers because of prices. Mine were worth every penny. Blue Moon stood out from all the rest. Thank you for helping me during this time.

We used Erin & the team at Blue Moon for our wedding on 5/20/2023 and everything about our florals were dreamy and exactly what we wanted! We had a pretty simple vision and color scheme of white, dusty blues & dusty greenery and Erin truly brought this to life in an elevated way. We had a broken arch floral display for our ceremony & repurposed for our sweetheart table and this is where I was most impressed… the arches were better than I ever even dreamed of! Wonderful selection of fresh flowers and staff were very polite and helpful.
Also the girl I was fortunate enough to have assist me, was very creative in making a simple order I had look like a million bucks.
I wish I had photographed it but it was for an unexpectedl passing of someone.
Once she was made aware of that, she created something beautiful, memorable which made me feel proud to present it to his widow.

Blue Moon Florist was great to work with for our wedding! Erin was very nice to work with, from the phone consultation to meeting in person for a sample bouquet. She did a great job walking us through what types of flowers to expect for the spring time (the season our wedding took place). I also really enjoyed using their online contract system, which I was able to easily update with Erin to include inspiration photos next to each flower order
