Blue Mountain Travel Plaza, Newburg PA

Great rest stop along the Turnpike that serves your rest stop needs, such as fast food, convenience store items, drinks, bathrooms, park benches and a dog walk area.

The bathrooms were really dirty. The family restroom had urine all over the floor and the toilet seats were muddy. The ladies restroom was super dirty too.

Only 1 of 4 restaurants were open but online said everything was open. Was definitely busy enough to support the other restaurants. Disappointed and forced to make another stop later in my trip

Stop there to get something to eat and all of the restaurants were closed the only thing open was a seven eleven very disappointing.

Facility clean. However, not all of the vendors were open for business. So I had to stand in line for the one vendor open, Roy Rogers. I wanted to order an egg on muffin but was told that it is a breakfast item and I could not order it. I don't see any reason why such items can't be sold at any hour, and believe Toy Rogers is being short-sighted.

The place was clean and satisfactory. Was really glad that Roy Rogers was open because a few places were closed like
Auntie Annie's Pretzels and Pizza shop, Sbarro's.

Roy Rogers has one person working. Stood in line for 10 minutes. Couldn’t get food because the lady was so busy getting two other orders ready. Men’s bathroom was also disgusting

Food was Ok but bathrooms were pathetic. Really stunk. Floors were dirty and tables were unclean. Pass this one by and go to the next travel plaza.

Hands down the worst rest stop I've ever been too and I used to stop for gas at the rest station near the meadow lands outside New York. Everything closes super early and the whole place is really dirty.

Completely disappointed. As I live just off the exit here, I usually ONLY stop for Auntie Ann's Pretzels. The last 3 times I stopped, they were closed due to lack of enough employees. Not their fault. Very disappointing, just the same.

It's it okay rest stop however if you have an app for your 7-Eleven which is inside of this rest stop it'll collect points for you can't use your cash up there

Stop here for a coffee break. It is a really busy place. Lines were long at the restaurants. They also have a 7-11 inside the building. Starbucks was closed. The bathrooms are really big (thankfully no line there) It's a decent rest stop. They have gas pumps too.

Always clean, organized, and convenient place to stop during my travels from Ohio to Pennsylvania. Always well stocked with all of your travel needs.

Female, traveling alone. There was a fight in parking lot. Large group formed. Female ran to bathroom and asked me to call for 911, which I did after we liocked ourselves in a stall as Male was entering women's bathroom. Not one staff member did anything to help. Other travelers dialed 911 too. But since we didn't know what township we were in, they were less than helpful. Shame on the staff at service plaza. Shame on State Police. I hope that woman is ok.

Only stopped here for gas & bathroom, but very pretty and big- the bathrooms were clean and looked nice. Overall, nice and clean place!

Beautiful rest area Also very well maintained a lot of stuff at this place plenty of parking for all kinds of vehicles specially for big rig I love it I love it I love it

The plaza itself was alright however this is regarding the Roy Rogers, I wanted something hot to eat the burger was nice and warm and only had cheese on it? And then the Macaroni and cheese was ice cold.and watery so watery DON'T GET THE MACARONI & CHEESE or ask them to double cook it?
