I visited this store over the weekend to purchase the Chantecaille line for fall and was incredibly disappointed by the three associates working. None of them acknowledged me or my niece even though two out of three of them were available and not assisting other customers. The poor customer service was paralleled by the poor condition the store was in, dirty and disorganized. I'll make my purchases at Neiman Marcus from now on even though it is a huge inconvenience.

I wear hoodie&baseball hat and no make-up on when I came in yesterday ，probably my appearance made them feel that I am such a girl who never ever know or use anything about beauty product，so they gave me service with really prejudice attitude，and without any patience. I Olny stayed there about 5mins，and there was no other consumers in the store. Then I noticed that nobody would like come and help me，so I just seek for my face cream by myself because I don't have any time to go to other place. Finally，a lady came to me and showed me a Chantecaille Rose de mai cream At the Last Minute，I just paid and grabbed my cream in my hand and left. I don't wanna stay there any more.

I do not review retail stores often, but I had an excellent experience at the Rittenhouse location. All the sales representatives we're extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I had 4 of them helping me.

Bought creed, store associate was very helpful.i will be visiting there again.

I went in there to apply for a job and theydidnt pay any attention to the guy han pretty much walked away from me and went in the back there were no african americans around so I figured I didn't get cause I was black and I had all the experience.
