Every professional I have met at BluePearl has been compassionate and professional. The experience with the oncology and radiation therapy team was markedly better than at VRC. As a medical professional, I was struck how much more educated they were regarding recent literature than the competitor group. They treat the pets and families with respect, and I highly recommend BluePearl for specialty and urgent care.

Best emergency vet around. I've had a few cats that had to be put down, they took great care of me and my pet. Then gave me a beautiful leather paw print memorial.
I just had an emergency with my dog Brutus and even though they are pricey, they're worth every penny! They took such great care of him and made me feel comfortable. Glad I brought him here!

Got there at 8 pm on a Sunday. The most horrifying experience with a veterinarian and particularly an emergency vet in my life! They hadn’t even taken x-rays and were talking about amputating my dogs leg because they assumed she had a hip dislocation but had not done X-rays. I was there 2.5 hours and they did nothing to help her. When I told them that I wanted to take her back, they gave her a pain injection so they could charge me $270! I went to another emergency vet at 11 pm. Thank goodness! Warning you now, don't go there!

Last week, our family had to make the decision to do the hardest thing a pet owner has to do. We took our beloved 12 year old chihuahua, Sobe, to BluePearl after he took a spill down the stairs. Unfortunately, Sobe suffered a neurological event. The entire team at BluePearl supported us as we said goodbye to our sweet boy. I cannot express how very grateful we are for your compassion and kindness! We will never forget it. Many thanks, from the Reidy family xoxo

This was our first time having to take our cat to the emergency vet and we had a wonderful experience. The whole team, from the front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were all very kind and thoughtful. They were very receptive to any and all questions, and to my worried phone calls. Our cat is there overnight now and i am confident he will be in good hands. The nurse has been communicating with us through text which is wonderful. Highly recommend

This review is long overdue but the oncology team here is truly one in a million. Dr. Mullin and her team of nurses are absolutely amazing. We drove 2 hours each way once sometimes twice a month for 9 months while our sweet girl was receiving chemo for stage 5 b cell lymphoma. The staff here treats you like family and your pet like it was their own. Although the odds weren’t in our favor the staff never gave up on us and were always in our corner rooting for our girl Layla.
Thank you Tara, Elyse, Courtney, Anne, Kirsten, Caitlin, Devon, Rachel, and Dr. Mullin

We just had our second experience at Bluepearl Malvern and couldn’t be happier. Our goldendoodle had a TPLO during COVID and we weren’t able to go in with her, but Dr. Scott Roberts and all the staff did an excellent job explaining everything and answering our questions. Ries recently tore her other knee ligament, and it was an easy choice to see Dr. Roberts again. Being able to see the office this time only reinforced that this was an easy decision. The entire staff, from front desk to nurses are amazing and thorough. They have a great text system to keep you updated from the time anesthesia starts to post-op care. I even received a text the morning after surgery checking on our dood. They are very upfront about cost, expectations, and recovery. It was well worth the hour drive for us to use this office, and would highly recommend for any specialty vet care.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff - especially oncology - at Blue Pearl Malvern. My beloved dog Toki was recently diagnosed with lymphoma after several grueling and frustrating weeks of diagnostics, trips to the ER, medication trials, and worrying. The staff have been so kind and patient, and are wonderful and compassionate in person. Even just now, when I made a phone call with what I now see was a nonsense question because my emotional brain can't think straight, they were absolutely understanding and kind. I couldn't be more pleased that my dog is in their care. It is so important to find a hospital and staff who are not only talented and skilled, but who treat you and your pet with respect and compassion. Blue Pearl checks all the boxes. Although this isn't the diagnosis we wanted, we feel confident and reassured by the care we've already started to receive.

Do not risk your pet's health and money. Wrong diagnosis and medications. Wonder why they have these big signs behind their desk with a very unfriendly warning that customers cannot complaint

Dr. Shanley the dermatologist was absolutely wonderful with my somewhat spicy kitty and diagnosed his unusual nose lesions while taking into account his several other health conditions. I was absolutely thrilled with the service of him, his staff and everyone at BluePearl as a veterinarian myself.

I very much appreciated the compassion and kindness expressed during such an emotionally difficult time. Dr. Mengel, the gentleman at check in, and the technician were all so gentle and kind with my cat, and so warm and empathetic.

I live over 2 hours away from the Blue Pearl Malvern location. I unfortunately had to take my kitty in an emergency. The staff was great to us from the moment we called them. They gave us a call on our way there to make sure we were making our way down there ok and to check on the status of my cat. We were greeted at the door with urgency, compassion, and gentleness. I met with Dr. KimMi Whitehead and she was amazing. She gave her honest, professional opinion and helped us make the right decision for our kitty. We sadly didn’t get to leave with our kitty that day, but we did leave with a sense of comfort. I was confident leaving my sweet girl in their hands and I was offered so much compassion and professionalism in this office. I can’t say enough positive words about my experience.

Our 2 year old boxer needed dental work and removal of a mast cell tumor from her ear and we chose the Malvern location. I can’t say enough good things about this hospital, from consult to the actual surgery they were great! Dr. Paul Orsini and his nurse Chrissy P. (very knowledgeable and kind) make an amazing team, they kept us fully informed during the dental surgery. Dr. Roberts then removed the mast cell fully with clean margins. Although I hope we don’t need their services in the future, if the need arises we would not hesitate to go back.

I have a house full of four legged children that need attention all too frequently sadly. Most recently one needed surgery with Dr. Roberts. He and the entire team took fabulous care of her, absolutely could not ask for any better! I trust his care & suggestions completely. Highly recommend!

My husband brought our puppy Lily to BluePearl Pet Hospital for an ER visit today. Lily was treated by Dr. Sarah Muhrer. We were so happy that there was no wait for Lily to be seen. The ER closest to our home had a 2-3 hour wait, but BluePearl could see her right away so he brought her there. Dr. Muhrer was very thorough and provided both printed and emailed instructions to us. We were sent home with all the medications and food she needs to heal and recover. We hope we don't need emergency care again, but if we do, BluePearl will be our place of choice. Thanks Dr. Muhrer and staff for taking such great care of our Lily girl!

I have never received better care! My cat was suddenly showing signs of an emergency and I just packed him up and headed here. From the second I walked in I was addressed and brought quickly to where I needed to go. The accessible beverages help with the wait. A nurse came out to ask about his history, the doctor herself came out and kept me super informed (Dr. KimMe Whitehead), they called to check up on him, they called with his urinary analysis and they had already sent me home with samples of the vet diet they recommended and pill pockets to try. Very next day he was in his cat tree, running around, etc like they didn't just save his life! I'm so happy and I expected the price to end up being over a grand for bloodwork, urinary testing, sedation, emptied his bladder manually, two prescriptions, samples of food, pill pockets and it was $650. That's CRAZY! I never go into a doctors office or vet and expect to get smiling faces, they work in a high stress environment all day on top of emotional, so I actually expect monotone serious faces lol. Walking in early in the morning while they're still setting up the waiting area, all smiling faces, patient and just honestly kind. You can feel how much the entire staff here just genuinely cares <3
