Great customer service, especially by Dorca! Unfortunately they lost a piece of hardware I bought for my vehicle and no one can seem to find it. Other then that, easy transaction.

Very pleasant experience. We found a car online Saturday morning, drove to the dealer after lunch and wound up driving home in the car that day. Andrew was very accommodating. Went above and beyond and overall our best car buying experience.

The Service Department could most definitely benefit from Sensitivity Training. Especially since this was the second time I’ve been treated less than lackluster. I know the difference and I also know better. I’m an advocate of treating everyone with dignity and respect and I was raised to believe that it’s a two way street…

Today I bought my dream car. 2011 M3 Convertible and DreVaughan at BMW Main Line made it happen. He is professional and very personable. He was straight to the point and very clear. I am very happy with the way I was treated. I would highly recommend. He even bought me lunch while I was waiting!

I had the esteem pleasure to work with JJ (Salesman) and Nick (Sales Manager) the level of service that was extended to me was nothing short of amazing. I informed JJ that I already had a financial leader and the amount I wanted to spend. JJ began emailing me the cars that I was interested in. I arrived at the BMW Mainline dealership around 5: 30pm and was out by 8pm. More importantly, the sale transaction was absolutely no pressure to purchase! The entire team provided OUTSTANDING professionalism and customer service. I RECOMMEND you purchase your BMW from the mainline. Ask for JJ, tell him Adrianne sent you?

If you’re looking for a BMW, go see Lou at BMW of the Main Line! She is awesome! I have purchased many cars from her, and she always finds the perfect vehicle that suits my needs. She always gets me the best price too!
She really helps to make the entire car purchasing experience enjoyable and fun! I highly recommend her and this awesome car dealership too!

The sales people, Matt Park and JJ Jalilian were absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable about the purchasing process and provided the best client care I've experience at a car dealership. I would highly recommend using Matt and JJ anytime.

I received the worse treatment today from Liz. If it wasn’t for me requesting the manager I would still be sitting in the waiting room. Liz purposely hides my paperwork to keep me from getting my car and cashing out. I waited patiently for an additional hour when I was told yesterday and today my car would be ready at 9 am. I didn’t receive my car until 10 am when I finally asked to speak to a manager he stated my car been done and has been since 9 am. After, my paperwork was found near the floor away from where it could not be seen by the cashier. Even the cashier look puzzled. Liz has bad communication skills and I believe she did this to me purposely because I call twice this morning and once yesterday about receiving my car on time due to my work schedule. Liz needs to be removed, BMW customers pay too much money to only be treated S H I T!

Mainline BMW provides awesome Service! I purchased my 2016 vehicle from the dealership in 2019 and continue to have them provide optimal service. Shout out to Service consultant Debbie, who made sure my Extended warranty lowered the costs of my repairs!

Wow, OVER 20 bad reviews with 1-2 ‘s in the past MONTH! Not surprised here. We have had so, so many communication issues with this dealership regarding repairing our bmw. The lack of urgency, care, and waste of time spent with their representatives has not been coincidence - it’s been a pattern. It’s inherent that there are internal issues and a lack of leadership here. We will absolutely no longer do any future business with this BMW dealership. We will support Devon or even Mt Laurel BMW dealers. I would highly encourage people to be aware of such poor professional service, communication, and disrespect of their customer’s time. A luxury dealer with less than mediocre service on all levels. I’m curious of what management will actually do to resolve such poor satisfaction from SO many bad reviews in the past month! Not very “on brand” for such a luxury vehicle brand.

The cherry topper of today’s conundrum was that we paid the balance in full, of my leased BMW to own the car, got it detailed… they never added wind shield washer fluid. This is not a big issue in the overall universe, BUT… it made me laugh b/c the lack of attention to detail, overall experience from a very expensive purchase, was just finished off with an empty windshield washer container, lol. So poetic.

Incompetent and impersonal. I brought my vehicle in and they send me a picture of someone else’s vehicle and all these things wrong. I switched from Devon but Main Line was worse. My service person never called me back until hours later. Never again

My car was pick up on 11/17/2021 for routine maintenance. On that day Ernesto from your service dept.contacted me to let me know that was a problem with my wiper transmission. I text and called Ernesto to tell him to let me know the cost to fix the problem. He never got back to me on 11/17/2021 so I made several call into Mainline BMW on 11/18/2021. Which I was told that he would be left my message and would call me back which never did. I couldn’t get Ernesto on to call me back on 11/19/2021 either.

By Saturday 11/20/2021 I had had enough and headed to the dealer to retrieve my vehicle. Which was the reason I needed the car picked up and dropped off in the first place. When I arrived the a female employee was very nasty and short with me as to why my vehicle was still at Mainline BMW. She finally found out that the car was still in for the wiper transmission repair which I had never authorized. I finally paid and gave the car back which was dirty and I had sent it to the dealer very clean. The gentlemen who check me out did come outside and apologize for the service and treatment I had received. All together this was a horrible experience which does not warrant one star.

It was two weeks ago today that my husband and I pulled into the BMW Of the Main Line service center with a flat tire and no appointment.   It was the first day of our vacation in Philly.   What could have been a horrible experience was quickly turned into my favorite - yes, favorite - and most memorable part of the trip.

Your service team was fabulous.   As soon as Ernesto came out to examine tire, i knew we had come to the right place.  He not only had our tire replaced but helped us track down our tire insurance.

We went into the waiting room where the “brotherly love” kept coming.  Instead of having to put our vacation on hold while we waited,  we were offered a Lyft ride back to our Airbnb in the Old City and  a return ride when the car was ready.    We ended up with a total bill of $0 and even left with a new key chain.

So, when people ask what I liked most about our trip, I reply  “getting a flat tire”.  I explain that in the process of getting it repaired, I encountered the most professional and friendly team of people that I have ever met.

Everything about the service process was great. They were able to take me the next day whereas another BMW dealership told me it was 2 weeks to get a loaner. The only mild complaint is that when I picked up the car it was filthy on the outside. But they immediately said they’d wash it. I had to wait for another 10-15 minutes while they cleaned it but otherwise everything was great.

Best dealership I have ever worked with hands down. Dominic, Matthew, and Joel were the best I have ever worked with. Super personable, extremely knowledgable. I have worked with a lot of dealerships in NYC and BMW Mainline was better than all of those. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their next BMW. Look no further. 5 stars!

Over all good service
Just wish there was better communication between the actual technician and the service advisor
There was a significant delay between the time I received the video from the technician and the time the advisor got the video
If there was better communication I would have gotten the repair that was suggested while I was there, now I have to wait about 2 weeks out before I can schedule another appointment, like I said overall good service, just wish they could tighten up their communication
