I didn't care for the overall demeanor of my service advisor for this visit. He recommended things that I did not need, like the engine filter that was just replaced. He also wasn't overly concerned when I would have to come back to get new tires put on because they don't have my size in stock. I work full time and work out of town so coming back would require planning.
His response was telling me when the service department closed. New tires and an alignment were recommended so I called another tire dealer and they could do everything that day for hundreds of dollars cheaper. My overall advice to Bob Fisher is that they pay just as much attention to their customers in service as they do in sales. The sales team historically has a way of making you feel like family. However, after you buy the car you suddenly realize that you have been downgraded to an afterthought at best. It really shouldn't be that way, because in a way, you are damaging future sales coming your way after the treatment you receive at the service department. Everyone is busy, there's a shortage of help, I get that. I wasn't even going to do this survey, because I don't feel like anything will change as a result. I have been going to this dealership since we moved here many years ago, and have given the service department multiple chances to get it together and made excuses for them. But, at the end of the day, the result will still be bad service. I don't need a follow up call either because I know that it's just the nature of the beast and this is just how most dealerships are. I am just hoping that whoever is in charge of service reads this and takes my message to heart. Why does everything have to be about money? Oh and my service date was Friday the 17th, not the 20th, in case you care about accuracy. Thanks.
Employees at GM are on top of what they are doing. Excellent customer service. Never had any issues with my services.
Evereyone was courteous. The only thing, was when I purchased the 18 Colorado in October of 2021 from your dealership there was only one fob for the vehicle. I was told one would be ordered. At the time there was no negotiation on the price, and that the extra fob would be no charge. To this day I have not received the extra fob.
People where very friendly everyone new there job I would highly recommend people to go there for a vehicle
Always a good experience there. Didn't have an appointment this past time was taken in anyway, I was pretty much in and out which I thought was awesome! Everyone is always so nice and polite and helpful.

I walked in with a heavy heart, and they went over and beyond to make sure I left with a vehicle. So warm and welcoming felt like family. Everything was comfortable and honest. Had the pleasure of working with Jeanette and Dave.
I made an appointment for an oil change and asked them to check where an oily odor was coming from. They were unable to immediately determine the source and charged me only for the oil change. They changed the area where a suspected leak was and asked me to return it the odor came back. I also had some body work done at Fisher after a minor accident a few years ago. Always excellent service
My wife and I are completely satisfied with Juliet Campfield of the sales department. She personally explained the features and accessories on our new car.
