I began my process online with Steve and then was connected with Tyler! Buying a car online was a new and different experience for me. Steve, Tyler and Amy (in financing) made the transition and experience easy and enjoyable!

I bought a used Nissan Sentra for my daughter several months ago. The car runs fine so far. The staff is very helpful and they have a comfortable waiting area with clean bathrooms. Bob Ruth Ford offers two oil changes and tire rotations free for the first year. I had this maintenance done on the car last month. The oil looks clean but the tires were not changed. I know this because I marked the tires to make sure that they were changed. It may have been overlooked or a standard practice at this place. I will find out next time when I come in for service. Overall I feel good buying a car here.

Could not be happier with buying a vehicle than the experience i had at Bob Ruth Ford. To start off with, there was no pressure from the sales staff when I arrived through finally buying a truck. Nick Wuchenich was my salesman and he was helpful in answering all my questions and working with me as I worked on financing. Nick had the day off when I went to sign paperwork so David Talton jumped in and was great as well. When it came to signing paperwork, Sonya Bynum made that process as easy as it could be.

I found the truck I wanted on Autotrader. Before I drove an hour and half to Bob Ruth Ford, I wanted to be sure they were willing and able to get my payment where I needed it to be. Salesman Levi was very friendly, responded quickly, and answered all of my questions without being pushy. He spoke to the manager and verified that the deal was possible and I drove up the next day and purchased a, new to me, truck. I love my F150 with the giant sunroof! I trade every 2 years and this was the most pleasant buying experience I have had. I look forward to doing business with them again in 2 years!
