29 Absolutely horrible experience. I NEVER leave negative reviews because I work in customer service and know how important reviews are but I would not recommend Bob’s furniture.
We ordered our furniture on December 5th in Monroeville, PA and were told our loveseat would be delivered on January 5th. We were also told that our sofa and recliner would be delivered on January 19th. We received the loveseat on time. However, the delivery of the sofa and recliner was rescheduled 4 TIMES! It was scheduled for beginning of February, then end of February, then beginning of March and my last update just said it would be delivered “March/April” which is completely unacceptable. I understand that we are in a pandemic and things may be back ordered but that should be said UP FRONT. Do not give delivery dates if you can’t guarantee the delivery. If I would’ve been told those dates ahead of time I would have gone somewhere else. THEN TODAY, the sofa and recliner were delivered but the guys delivering it would not taking them out of the boxes because of an option we chose 4 MONTHS AGO! They couldn’t even credit us a simple thing of taking the furniture out the box and placing them where they need to be. I’m pretty sure Bob’s could’ve at least cover the cost of unboxing our furniture.
Again, this is completely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.
The horrible reviews are real. You will regret your purchase from this store. My furniture arrived in a clearly damaged condition and I can’t get refunded. Customer relations is terrible and offers 0 clarity. They don’t deserve your business, go somewhere else
Don’t ever use this store! My furniture was order in January 2021 and I’ve yet to receive it! Bob’s has continued to send text messages and emails of delays! There was no delay in my money! The Sales Reps lie to you, saying their furniture is at their warehouse and it will be delivered in a week.it’s been six weeks! I’m preparing to contact the Better Business Bureau or the Pennsylvania Attorneys Generals Office to file a complaint regarding misrepresentation of services. I’m sick of it! I don’t want store credit from this business. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Don’t Use.you’ve been warned!
Customer service is abysmal. We put a down payment on furniture in December and have been trying to call for nearly a week to finalize the purchase but the phone rang for over an hour each time and we never got through. We got in touch with a corporate representative, after jumping through hoops on the automated service, who was one of the rudest people I've ever talked to. They were very disrespectful to my wife on the phone then just hung up on us after we asked them to give us direction on how to proceed. We are going to get a refund for our purchase and shop elsewhere.
I don't think I have ever left a review in my life but here it is. Terrible service and brought me broken furniture. Then I called and they said they have no record of this happening and they took some of the furniture back. Bcs it was broken. Sooooo I'm suppose to pay almost $2,000 for something I didn't get and the pieces I got were falling apart?
Our order was suppose to be delivered in two deliveries. The first order was missing pieces that supposedly missed the truck and were suppose to be delivered the following day. The second delivery was again missing pieces that were apparently on back order. We’re now on our fifth attempted delivery and our most recently delivery never showed because they apparently didn’t have room on the truck. We have spent multiple hours on the phone with costumer service who can’t provide any clear answers. Will not be doing business with Bob’s again!
I want to provide an update a year later from our initial purchase. We still have damaged furniture that was suppose to be replaced that never was. We gave up on contacting customer service as they were completely useless. And after the last deliver the drives stole an expensive pocket knife and beats head phones from my night stand. Biggest scam of a company. Will never use them again and would love to open a class action lawsuit against them because I know this is their business model.
If there were no stars they would get it I would give him a -10 the situation is too long to get into I would not recommend a person to go in there to buy anything there a rip off
Jay was the best he helped us every step of the way. He was a pleasure to work with i would come back to this store just because of his outstanding service
How refreshing that there is not a constant “SALE” going on.so appreciate that the best prices are their bottom line. My sales associate was helpful, knowledgeable, considerate. My experience was great - so much better than I could have imagined, really. I will go there for future purchases and also recommend Bob’s to my friends. THANKS.

My husband came in with a list of what we wanted and Keith found everything stayed with us and let us wander he made sure out delivery was set to our needs

The customer service in the store was great. Not sure how I feel about the delivery service. Was given a 4 hour window for delivery. Put my day and what I needed to get done on hold and had to wait longer. For that part of the service I say is not good. Hello Bob. If your people tell someone to be ready for you. BE ON TIME. If not call and let that person know you will be late.
Me and my girlfriend finally decided on a simple couch at Bob’s. Keith, the sales Rep was very nice and patient in waiting for us to make a decision on a couch.
Keith was very helpful and the store has a great selection of furniture that won't break the budget. I would definitely shop here again.
Nana was so wonderful to work with! She took her time, and gave great input. The store manager, Adam, is also very professional. Be sure to ask for Nana if you stop by the Monroeville location!
Shopped at Monroeville store. Will definitely go back. Keith Elton was the gentleman that sold me my mattress and frame. Very pleasant person. Very helpful with selecting my mattress and frame. Would recommend buying from Bobs. Would definitely tell people to ask for Keith. Every one in the store was friendly and helpful.
Jed was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us with our new mattress. Wonderful experience.highly recommend.
Oh wow. So expensive. If you have the kind of money needed to drop here go to JCPenney or Ashley. If you want a real deal go to Big Lots or American Freight on Rodi Road.
JR did an excellent job working with my family on the combination of furniture. He was very patient through our multiple visits and I never felt like I was being hurried in any part of the process.
Jed is a knowledgeable, friendly and customer service service orientated associate. The prices are awesome, the warranties phenomenal. Next time you need furniture, stop here!
