18My boyfriend and I went to Bob's the other day to get some stuff for our new apartment. We were helped by a man named Dale who did an exceptional job. He patiently looked up any info we needed and helped us find furniture that we love that not only fit in our budget and with our style, but that would also be delivered as early as we wanted it. With such low availability of most things right now, it was a blessing to have found exactly what we needed with such ease. The manager (whose name I cannot remember unfortunately) was also a great help! Everyone at this store did a great job and we cannot express our gratitude enough! Happy holidays to everyone at Bobs!
I rated a 4 because when i go into a store i dont need to b followed and watched like a hawk and having a differant person ask me every 3 minutes is there anything i can help u with other then that some of the furniture is really nice and i will b purchasing from there but from online so i can browse in peace
My husband and I had never been to a Bob's discount store before. From the time we walked in we were highly impressed not only with the selection and quality but with the attentiveness of the employees also. We were very pleased with the Personalized service we received. Shout out to Gabby. Everybody in the store made sure you are 100% happy and all your questions were asked it was truly a pleasant experience experience and I will definitely highly recommend them and be back for any of my future needs
I like the variety of furniture that they have. I’ve purchased two sectionals from them at a great price and I am pleased with my purchases. Gabby was great and super helpful!

I walked in and was greeted by Orlando showed me the different types of sofa’s showed me how I could find the prices easily for each type. Then he told me to look sit coffee and ice cream we’re available and then let me look at my pace no one ever pressure me in to any decision. Met one of the store managers very pleasant. When we decided what sofa size and color Orlando gave us options and we decided what we wanted for coverage and delivery. From start to finish best experience recommend if you need furniture Bob’s in Wyomissing is the place to go.
Store is ok. They know how to get any issues corrected for you when customer service won't give you the time of day. Giving 4 stars because while the store is ok, their customer service department and credit card company they use is terrible and so is the delivery. Had a table fiasco go on almost 11 months at the end of which I was given my money back after 5 failed delivery/exchange attempts. Dealing with the customer service # was a nightmare. One delivery was scheduled and no one even showed up. Getting things handled through the store is easier and you actually get answers there.
I am disabled. I called ahead to see if they had a wheelchair. They did. We drove over to the store and were met with the wheelchair and a salesperson, Yvonne helped up picking out different recliners.
We picked up one that was in our price range. The only drawback is the time I have to wait for delivery. I can take up to a few months.
I had an awesome experience today while shopping for a new living room set for my home. Gaby and Elibeth were great with assisting me with finding and completing my order. Thank you both.
I had to change my review the bed we have is great we got that about 4 years ago no complaints, but we came back and go a living room set about 2 years ago. Our love seat and couch isn't working anymore. My bf and I want to bobs and got told that the parts are get shipped to our house, this was back in Oct of 2019. It is now about to 2 years and we still have no part. We went to see if bobs could replace the living room set that we have, got told that Bob doesn't have the set we have in stock, but keep telling us that the parts are being shipped. We still haven't heard or seen any of these parts and had nothing done since. We spent a lot of money and are very unhappy and don't know what to do anymore.
I bought a living room suit, an extra chair, otterman, and a mattress, very happy with everything. I did not get protection for the furniture and got water stains on the pillows, I called and asked if they could help me out and I would pay for it but they couldn’t do anything for me. I thought at least they could tell me whereI could have them cleaned or have someone to help me.
Reading, PA location sales associate very professional and knowledgeable. Acceptance now help us with the financial part Elibeth and Gladys were very helpful, and took the time to explain everything very professional and help us to stay within our budget. Very pleasant experience over all. I will definitely recommend this store. 5 star
I will never order from Bob’s furniture again! They have the worst customer service and they act like you are getting your items for free on top of that they lie to you by telling you one thing when it will actually be something else. The delivery guys are great, but the customer service don’t help their customers at all!
The staff was super friendly and helped us navigate the different options bobs offers for financing and delivery. We are excited to get our new couches!
Where to start? ! Everyone was super nice! My direct agent was Mary, super sweet. She took the time to get me exactly what’s family and I needed for our living room. (I can’t remember everyone’s name sorry!) but everyone was great!
I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Yvonne was very patient as I sat on almost every sofa in the store until I found the perfect one for me. She showed me lights, tables, and chairs. Had knowledge of inventory and directed me to what interested me. She went through all of the details of financing, delivery, etc. I would definitely go back.
We were greeted professionally by Kelsey as we entered the store. Then she left us to look around and when we had questions she was right there to answer them. As we were talking to her the manager John came by to thank us for coming out today and proceeded to answer some questions also. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items. Neither were pushy or aggressive in making a sale. I've bought from Bob's before and will definitely buy from them again.
Do NOT buy your furniture from Bobs. I ordered furniture for my whole home and almost a year later I am still dealing with it. Several pieces were damaged, and some were damaged when they were replaced as well. The white Glove delivery is anything but white glove, the delivery drivers tracked mud through my house and barely assembled the furniture- I had to go back and tighten all the screws. Lesson learned, pay a little bit more for quality furniture and service.
