Customer service was not very helpful. My furniture is cheaply made and is not even 2 years old and I've had multiple issues. They won't do anything to fix it or justify the situation. I will NOT be purchasing from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
I would give zero stars if I could. Not even worth the one star.
Walked in and was promptly greeted by Jay. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed out where to look. He didn’t pressure me. Gave me some time to look around; let me know he was there for any questions.
Steve was great. Let us shop without hounding us and, was there the moment we had a question. In and out. I expected an afternoon of furniture shopping. Go here first.
Lavon was the sales person that convinced to go ahead, and get what was looking for that day. I’ve been there before but always walked out with nothing. Someone else helped and honestly. I can’t wait to go back and get other pieces of furniture
We walked into Bob's and they greeted us they asked what we were looking for and we told him a chair and they helped us and we left with the chair thank you very much Bob your employees are very polite nice they helped us and we'll be back to shop with Bob again thank you
BOB'S FURNITURE WAS VERY NICE. SALESMAN ANDY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND GAVE US PLENTY OF TIME TO LOOK AROUND WITHOUT INVADING OUR SPACE. WOULD SHOP THERE AGAIN!
Eva was the sales associate who helped me do the order she was very nice and nice to work with even the guy manager was very nice as well not sure his name
