Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store, Whitehall PA

Customer service is great. Sales associates are very professional, accommodating funny I had bought a sofa about a year ago now I bought a house in Orefield I called Bob’s furniture and asked if they had the love seat and my delivery is this coming Wednesday all thru the phone.

Salesman was very pushy and annoying, couldnt take time to look and enjoy the shopping experience. We just left without purchasing because of the salesman bothering us the whole time. Furniture is a very personal purchase to be rushed and bothered every 5 minutes was a very annoying and made us feel truly uncomfortable. BOBS OF WHITEHALL should give classes to the sales people in how to treat a customer and help them feel comfortable insead of stressed out.

Great pricing, great products. This was our 4th visit to Bobs in Whitehall Pa, always work with Roz. She has been very helpful with all our purchases and has made the whole experience seamless.

The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Placing an order was amazingly easy & delivery was fast!

I went to Bob's with a friend to look for a comfortable recliner and have to say, the experience was pretty pleasant. While a salesman asked us if we needed help, he never pestered us. Our salesman, Greg, was friendly, helpful, and informative. I wound up buying a recliner, and have set up a delivery window for this week. My friend bought a bed, and a chair, and also set up delivery for this week. The store itself is clean and full of a wide variety of offerings. I am looking forward to delivery and can't wait to sit in my new chair.

My sales associate knew exactly what I was looking for and my my shopping experience one of ease and perfection.

Tiffany was very helpful with showing all of the styles of furniture we were interested in. She is very product knowledgeable.
I would definitely ask for her help in the future.

NOTHING is covered. It’s a gimmick.
Ordered several pieces and nothing is ever covered. It’s a scam.

Im fully aware of the policy and how they sold it to me at the store the day I purchased my furniture.
You can’t even speak to an agent regarding a claim, everything is thru email. I bought several pieces of furniture, got the goof proof for everything I purchased. Nothing is covered. Beware

As soon as I enter I was greeted and showed me around he ask me what I was looking for I fond it he explain the warranty an protection plan I was good

The sales man was very friendly, most helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Great experience. I have shopped Bob's before and was happy to return and will return in the future. Highly recommend.

Worst furniture store I’ve ever dealt with! 5 days before delivery I was told the middle section of my sectional will not be in for another month! I already sold my old furniture and will have nothing to sit on for a month. The manager did nothing to resolve the issue and my sales person will not return my call. If I was you go down the street to Ashley at least they are up front and honest with you.

UPDATE: now it won’t be delivered for 3 months. What is going on with Bob’s? No one can answer my question or resolve the issue.

Bob was very helpful, wrapping are furniture and help me get in on the truck in literally 30 secs very professional.

The customer service is always great here. You can't ask for better. And they always have great quality furnitures at a great price.
