Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store, Harrisburg PA

While the saleperson was fine, we were told the item was in stock and the delivery would be on a certain date and that date is on the sales slip.
In checking the online we found a different date. In calling we found that the item was out of stock, stores don't always have the correct information, and that "the office was going to call that day we called".
First, the store information was incorrect. Second the date was changed and we were never told. Lastly the office had a whole week to tell us but "was going to call us on the very day we called". With all due respect I have sincere doubt that was going to happen.
Overall we are keeping the order but not very happy with this uninformed date change.

Walked into Bobs furniture for a reclining loveseat and a recliner. Greeted by one employee at the door. No one walked us around to show anything, we just got pointed in the direction of what we were looking for. There were five other employees just sitting around playing on their cellphones. Walked out within ten minutes. Horrible service will not go in ever again. Ashley furniture was better help.

Everything about Bob's discount furniture from the beginning walking through the store everything is very clean organized easy to find what you want the salesman I had was extremely knowledgeable did a great job on explaining all details from writing up what I wanted to buy to making sure I knew how it worked just everything was the best experience I've had walking into any store I highly recommend them

Latonia was very patient and helpful. She was easy to talk to and made the experience enjoyable. She was able to guide us through the entire process and even knew the answers to my questions about financing.

We had a very pleasant experience shopping at Bob’s for furniture. Diane was very kind and helpful in helping us choose the right couch for us. When we are in the need for furniture in the future, we would love to come back here and have Diane help us again.

My husband and I recently purchased a set of recliner/ glider sofas and thick, lush rug with the goal of finding something easy to clean with our two cats, one dog and baby on the way. We are so pleased with our purchase and loved the way the Bob’s team allowed us to peruse the store, checking in every so often to answer any questions. We never felt like they were hawks watching over us like other furniture stores. Will certainly go back for future furniture needs.

They gave tracking updates along the way via email and text. I also got a call letting me know how far out they were. Jose and Linda the delivered my mattress and were very kind. Great customer service! Will order from Bob's again!

I gave 3 because of the fact that we have to wait for at least 3 months before the recliner I ordered will be shipped. The sales lady was very friendly and, as expected, knew alot about the product, the 5 year warranty, and the delivery options.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Hats off to Ozzy! This was my first experience with Bob's and was very impressed with the quality of their furniture, especially their prices! This will definitely be the first place I come to for any future furniture needs!

Easy shopping experience, only thing would change is bigger storage area for them so they could offer pick up same day! Besides that’s the sales lady was great to deal with and everything was a breeze. Believe said and done had everything picked and paid and set up for delivery within an hour.

Dave is awesome, directed us towards what we were looking for and gave us more than enough information about the furniture and potential options. Delivery setup was quick and painless. Will be back in the future for sure.

We were greeted by Mike. He explained the pricing guide. A no pressure sales person. Checked on us now and then. When we had questions, he was there to answer them. We ended up purchasing a sectional. He gave us a 12 month finance option, interest free which I took advantage of. The rate is 28.99 if you don't pay off every penny. I don't recommend that if you can't pay it off early. All in all, it was great. Mike was great, the furniture is great. I recommend Bob's all day long.

So they don't allow you to pick up your furniture after a claim with the insurance, its either pay them for delivery or you don't get your furniture even if it is a small item. What a scam
