All the office people that I talk to you by phone are very helpful and pleasant and answer my questions but when I go to the home office in Pottstown, sometimes it seems like I’m taking time out of your day to stop by and pay my bill. They’re friendly, but not friendly. I wish they would work on this. All they do is sell insurance and work behind a desk all day it’s not like you’re breaking stone.

Horrible service. Maryann's performance and help with my auto was a nightmare. Lack of insight and guidance is what did it for me. Also the way she spoke was the other half if it.
