This is a personalized gym setting. There is no office desk to deal with. Kadee, the owner, is accommodating to your needs, respectful, and easy to deal with. Everybody is friendly. Despite its small size, you have all the cardio and strength equipment you need to get a great workout. You don't have to deal with heavy foot traffic and fight over machines. Great gym and atmosphere!

Smaller gym that has all of your essential weight training needs. It’s usually never busy, so it’s always nice to go to after work without fighting the rush hour crowd.

Great gym with a breadth of equipment that surpasses large chain facilities and actively involved ownership that are continuously improving the space and offerings. Never prohibitively busy. Open 365. Amazing value overall.
