Great place! Everyone there was so nice. Dr. Sara Bonds is patient and explains everything in detail.

They are great! I'm super picky with my glasses and they took their time with me and didnt make me feel rushed. Everyone is kind here, and treats you like family.

I really liked Dr Bonds but will not return. Standing outside trying on glasses on the sidewalk is ridiculous. They won't let you in and he wears his double mask and you have to wait outside. Also not allowed to touch glasses. Covid is over

Dr. Bonds is a very thorough optometrist. Fitted me with new contac lenses and I’ve never had lenses feel this comfortable or correct so accurately! Highly recommend her professional services.

Dr. Bonds is a wonderful and thorough doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and then explains any issues you have in a way that patients can understand. She is great with children as well. We have been coming to her for a few years now and have never had any issues.

I will no longer use this place for me or my family. While Dr. Bond was helpful in the past, her staff member that does the ordering of the contacts made it a point to hound me about ordering my contacts from somewhere else. This man continued to email me about how much I got the contacts for, where I got them, etc. For some reason he felt that I should pay $75 a box from them when I could get them for $24 a box on Lens.com. His argument which finally came out was "support a local family owned business" really? Aren't we all trying to save a buck? Then I get another email that he contacted his sales rep and that Lens.com is not to be trusted. Like what? I finally asked this guy to stop hounding me and that they have lost my business. Never going back. This guy should be ashamed of himself for how he acted.

Dr. Bonds is very professional, extremely thorough in her examinations, and very firendly and personable. She really "knows her stuff" and helped me to feel very comfortable throughout the examination.

I started using Bonds Eye Care in 2016, and Dr. Bonds has been wonderful the entire time. Very skilled and dedicated. Jeff is also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to picking out frames.

COVID protocols are more strict than any doctors office or hospital that I’ve been to recently though, which I found somewhat off putting. Perhaps it’s time to relax a bit.

Dr. Bonds is the best. I came in with a script for eyeglasses from another eye doctor, and asked her to double check my vision to make sure the script was correct (It did not correct my vision to 20 - 20). She diagnosed cataracts in need of removal and recommended me to have the surgery before she would sell me new eyeglasses. I was both surprised in the diagnosis and pleased she would not sell me prescription glasses until the cataract issue was resolved. The staff was professional, thorough and I felt perfectly safe while they followed all recommended protocols regarding Covid. I am looking forward to getting my new glasses in 2022.
