Mark will diligently work to find your next vehicle that fits your family's situation! So appreciate his transparency and counsel, which can be a rare find in the auto purchasing experience! Highly recommend.

I bought my 2nd vehicle from Bonnell's Auto Sales 2 days ago. The first one, I bought sight unseen after they found one that met all the criteria that I had given them. That is how much I trust them. After the first finally wore out, I needed something right away. Once again they rose to the occasion.

It only took 24hrs until I was driving home car that I just bought from them. Once again, I knew they would do well by me. I have all my repairs and inspections done by Bonnell's. Their motto "You deserve the very best" are words they stand by.

Went here to look for a minivan. Met with Mark who went above & beyond to help me find one to fill my needs. Will definitely go back in the future.

Hey its true Mark is really there for you when you need certain specifics on your next set of wheels. Regardless of what make model or year. Even after you drive it off the lot don't be afraid if something doesn't set right cause Mark is there to help walk you through it. He found me my dream car. Unfortunately it was totalled this year. I had that car for a good 5 or 6 years and it was still running like a top. And it was a 2011. Needless to say. I gotta get back in the drivers seat soon. And the only guy on my list is Mark at Bonnell s. Thanks Mark. I'll. Be seeing you soon.

If you need a moving truck Bonnells has great customer service and great Penske Trucks. The truck is a little more expensive than a U-Haul at first. Penske Trucks are the best maintained vehicles of all rental fleets. The 26' truck I rented had 5000 miles on it and was a beautiful, diesel truck. I only used $250 in fuel the entire trip! Nearly the same trip with a 22' gas U-Haul cost $1400 in gasoline. I hauled2.5 times as much stuff with the Penske diesel truck

I purchased a classic Impala from them over the internet. Mark was very helpful throughout the entire process. He even did a live video chat walk around the vehicle for me. Would definitely do business with them again.

Bought an SUV.started burning oil 4k miles later or was already burning oil.long story short was sold a car that is "burnt out" for 10 grand. Didn't even drive it more than 3 months.went over 1k miles on warranty so nothing they can do about it.load of BS. Now I have to rebuild the entire engine or get a new one. That is what my personal mechanic says to do if I don't want my car to burn 3-4 quarts of oil every 3.5k miles. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE LIKE I DID.

Sold me the car with barely legal tires. They says nothing they can do. Fine. Paid 760 bucks for a new set. Now after 2 months and 1 week it needs timing belt change or something of that nature. (1000 bucks in repairs). Oh and nope it doesn't qualify for the warranty because I went past 3k miles and it came first, otherwise itd still be under warranty until march 3 2021. Now they says they can't do anything about it and I'm responsible for the charges. First the tires (uneven cupped tread at the time of purchase) caused a grinding noise and steering wheel shakiness, took it to mechanic from bonnells acknowledged this too, tightened something and it sounded EVEN WORSE. I come back 5 minutes later and mechanic is gone. They tell me see ya monday (came on friday). I wasnt risking any further damage so I went elsewhere the next day to monroe muffler and they fixed the problems within 30 minutes. New tires sound good. Except now I need the timing belt changed or something in that nature that will bring my cost to at least 1000 bucks. I just spent $760 on tires.and after finally affording new tires I need to pay 1k and there is nothing they can do. That is why I am rating one star. BUYERS BEWARE. Will NOT be coming back here and will DEFINATELY NOT be recommending friends and family to come here. I WILL BE DOING THE OPPOSITE. Telling them to avoid this place so they dont have to pay an arm and a leg for a car they just got 2 months prior and already needs expensive big job repairs. Collinson center does an incredible job at fixing dents and body of a car. Other than that, they are the most scheming company I've ever bought a car from (or at least Mark Siegler) (sales team)

Buyers beware. Bought a $35k truck two years ago with “32k miles” on it and it was the worst vehicle I’ve ever owned and I have owned some <$1000 clunkers. Leaky roof. Huge vibration issues that could not be resolved by dealer. There were odometer reporting conflicts according to some vehicle data outlets (not the one I got at the time of purchase). And misleading way of handling out of state taxes during purchase led me to pay hundreds more out of pocket than I planned. This was about $2k under the price of very similar comps and now I know why. Lost $ in resale because of these issues. Awful experience—no way I’d go back.
