Bono Pizza, Stroudsburg PA

I ordered a chicken Alfredo dinner with spaghetti and another chicken alfredo ziti dinner. 20 minute drive. $48.00 the chicken was not grilled at all. The chicken was lighter than the spaghetti & ziti. I told the guy at the register I ordered grilled. He says, " yeah its grilled". Im like, no its not, it looks raw. The alfredo tastes like nothing. I have to now grill the chicken myself. Ridiculous

Literally ordered a house salad and they didn’t even have the care to cut the cheese or tomatoes or anything. They actually gave me a whole slice of tomato and massive slices of cheese. The lettuce had the bottom inedible part in it as well. The pizza was cold and nasty also. Stay away.

Bono Pizza is always a solid "go to" for me, especially since they deliver within my community. Is it NYC pizza worthy? I have no idea, I'm from Illinois, so I'm not a pizza snob. I just know that I like their pizza. And, I LOVE their staff. Erkan is the absolute best and that dude is as honest as the day is long. Last night, after delivering my pizza, he came back to my house about 30-seconds later. He wanted to give me money back because I thought I had accidentally given him too much for the tip. Who does that? I didn't even know folks like Erkan still existed. And, for that reason alone, I want to continue to support Bono! Thanks, Erkan, for giving me faith that good and honest workers are still out there. And, thanks to Bono Pizza for always making a great pizza.

I like their pizza ok, but I have gotten overcharged last 2 times in there. Menu price in the store for a large pie is $14.99. Website says $15.99. Topping of sausage is 3.99 but there was hardly any sausage on my pie. Will not order again. I refuse to pay $21.89 for a one topping pie with hardly any topping on it. The guy ringing up doesn't itemize. He just picks a even number like $21 and adds tax. How about charging the actual listed price?

Food is delicious! The chicken fingers and fries appetizer was excellent and definitely a meal! We also got the Cheese steak works and it was so good. I only wanted to eat half but ended up eating the whole thing! Fast n friendly delivery! It’s a win win

Parmesano cheese smelled as if it was spoiled even though it was refrigerated. My pizza texture tasted like a cardboard box! The mozzarella & pepperoni roll was not mozzarella it was provolone! Overall taste was not good with neither of the items, however the sprite was delicious! Wouldn’t recommend

The whole point of this review is if you order off of DoorDash, Grubhub, or Uber eats make sure you are very descriptive with what you want in the remarks because there menu choices do not match the descriptions. I ordered penne Alfredo with Chicken and broccoli from DoorDash. Paid $23 plus I gave driver $10 tip. I received penne Alfredo and that’s it! The description said it came with the missing ingredients chicken & broccoli. I was so annoyed at the fact I paid $30 for penne noodles and not what I was expecting I drove directly to the store. They told me I was wrong at first but then were happy to fix and add the missing ingredients. In the end the food was pretty good I’ll give it at 8 out of 10. Garlic bread gets a 2……But just the whole situation was very irritating, they need to update their menus!

I orderd 2 pizzas and it was $52! I orderd a white pie and it had hardly any ricotta cheese on it and undercooked The meatlovers pie had hardly any meat. The menu on Facebook the prices were not correct. They were much lower. Worst pizza i ever had. I am so disappointed. I will never get pizza there again. They are lying about their prices online. No way a pizza cost $24.99. Such a rip off. I would give this place a zero.

41$ for a pie and 12 wings. I know inflation, but really? They advertise jumbo wings. But if these are jumbo, I'd hate to see what normal ones are. Barely any sauce on them either These are tiny. And pizza was undercooked. Ugh.

Good pizza and selection of other dishes. I like the fact they deliver too. Nice people and good tasting food. What more could you want! Going to be getting delivery from them from now on.

I ordered a pizza from them with sausage & peperroni. But they charged me $30! They have a large pie for $20 with 4 toppings. But they overcharged me as well as charged me $5 for delivery. They said it would be a half hour. An hour later I got my pizza. It was at best. Cold to warmish. It wasn't hot as a good pizza should be. This will be the last time I order from them. Being overcharged for a meh pizza.never again. There are quite a few better places in town. I suggest that you get your pizza from another place.

I ordered baked ziti and the baked ziti was floating in water and I also had to call back to receive my barbecue wings that were not delivered

Horrible experience. The pizza was extra doughy, and tasted like kids pizza, and the buffalo wings were completely bland and had no taste. The driver approached honking the horn throughout the parking lot of my residence. Half of my order was missing and I had to wait an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive it after calling 3 times to figure out what was going on. After receiving the other half of my order which included garlic knots and a crush soda (which had to be picked up at Walmart because they “didn’t have” even though they said they did, the garlic knots were not that great. The garlic tasted sour, spoiled or left out and after eating one knot the roof of my mouth immediately started feeling tingly and I am not allergic to garlic. All in all, this was a disappointment and a waste of time and I will not be ordering from this business again.

Being from NY it's really hard to find anything good to eat up in the Poconos. This is as good as they come up here. Plain pizza slice was really really good. Woll definitely be eating here again.

Beyond dissatisfied, just got my wife and I a chicken Caesar salad. I’ve never in my life seen this many onions. Horrible. And the chicken dry as heck. That’s onions for one order.

Overpriced and disappointed. We were long time customers until we paid 30 dollars for a veggie pizza that had barely any toppings.

Let me preface by saying I don’t review often but this was such a terrible dish I felt it required others to know. I ordered the chicken parm, which with delivery was nearly $25. First look it was very impressive, however once I started eating I was shocked to see the chicken was 3 breaded store bought chicken fingers covered in sauce. I expected at very least a cutlet. The noodles and sauce were decent but the parm was just terrible.

We called in for pickup tonight, and whoever picked up the phone and took the order was unprofessional. They clearly were not paying attention, talking to others in the background, and didn't write anything down. When we went to get the pizza, they said "nobody called in. " My dad even showed them his call log and said which of their THREE numbers (yes, three are listed on the menu) he called. We used to love this place, but we'll go elsewhere if nobody is paying attention.
