Boost Mobile reviews
6 I needed an explanation and was upset and dwelled on it all weekend. So I gathered the courage to go and speak to the spanish guy or the manager. I got a more Clearer explanation from the store manager than the "Puerto Rican " guy. All I got from the "Puerto Rican "guy was "I CANT HEAR YOU. " Very disrespectful, especially when the disrespect is coming from a Latino brother. So thank you manager for listening and
explaining. Something that the spanish guy needs to learn.
Boost Mobile is my favorite phone service. I have been using Boost Mobile for the last 20years, the prices are reasonable and you get the best customer service here. They are located on Main Street in Norristown. Parking is available and they have a nice selection of phones and accessories. The lady that runs this store is very knowledgeable on fixing or setting up your new phone, plus she is the nicest person I ever dealt with. If there were more stars I would definitely give them to Boost. I highly recommend this store.
I recently tried to purchase a phone from this Boost Mobile store. I got quoted a price, credit card machine was down, and they wanted cash. Didn't have the cash on me, so I left. I went up to the store on Markley Street and the price for the same exact phone and the same exact provider was $30 cheaper. How do two Boost stores 1.5 miles from each other in the same town have that much of a price difference? Something seems very odd about that.
Tiny store. Not much to choose from. Prices comparable to other phone stores.
I went here around 9: 30am on a weekday, when it says that it will be open. But noone was there. I waited until 9: 45.still not open. So i went to the bank and came back around 10: 10am this place still wasnt open! So i left at 10: 15 and had to walk over to the boost mobile that was open on w.marshall st. So they basically open when ever they want to in this place. Who knows what they real hours are!
