7Friendly. The NEW service everyone is being pushed into isn't better. The bill went up again and I will never need 5G. 4G was fine never had a problem, more being not better. More Commercials, Spam and JUNK. I'LL get used to it.
Alex was a big help to my mother when she had a problem with her insured phone she bought from Boost. He went out of his way to find the perfect phone for her needs. Along with telling us what other options were available to save money. It’s been a long time since either one of us experienced customer service that good. Excellent customer service is just as important as the products being purchased. I hope anyone looking for a new phone will go there and ask for Alex. He will make sure you are taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable of all products in the store.
I came to pay my bill the service was good but they never have as advertised phones available.
