Boost Mobile, West Mifflin PA

I was having problems getting a new phone shipped out and decided to see if I could pick a new phone up in person. Called around to a couple stores and whomever answered wouldn't quote a price for the phone, said I had to come in the store and he would give me the best price available. I drive out the store, ask how much the phone is, and he states it's $499.00. I advise that it's listed for $199.00 online and he states, "You can buy it online then. Bye. " You could have told me this on the phone, but instead had me drive out and refused to even help or offer anything else. It was an immediate, "Buy it online then. " I can see why your store was empty.

Bought a new iPhone from them had difficulty with it working with the new network. They were very nice and helpful even going out of his way to go to another store to get me a different phone and resolved all the issues. Will definitely go back to this store even though it is alittle farther out of my way they were more helpful than any other store has been!

The customer service was outstanding. The young lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable & went beyond to make sure, I was well equipped to use my new phone. Very positive experience & I'll be returning. Definitely will recommend family & friends!

The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me with all of my questions and to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend this store to any person that tells me they're looking to get a new phone or service plan.

I will never purchase anything from them. Gave my wife the wrong phone-case ($15) and would not give me back my money. I got a $10 case as a replacement.

Overall good experience, they were able to answer all of my questions and when they didn’t have the phone I wanted they tried their best to find a store nearby that may have it.

Absolutely wonderful! Went to west Mifflin store and the service was exceptional, went above and beyond to be helpful. They got great phones and plans! I got a stylo 6 for $30. I would seriously recommend to everyone to go there.

WOW! I highly recommend the Boost Mobile store in Pleasant Hills. The store manager is very knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. After 2 other boost stores offered NO help, the Pleasant Hills location went above & beyond to help me. She found the problem & tried to fix it. Explaining everything. When I had to kiss that phone g-bye, she helped me figure out which phone was best for me. Amazing experience.

She wa the most wonderful customer services and knows alot of knowledge about the product and the network! She is seriously wonderful, u would be extremely stupid not to go to this location and request her knowledge and understandering of each individual situation!

OMG! This location. Has by far been one of the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable locations I have ever visit. From the time I called to see if they were open until I left out the door! I had a great experience here at this store. The store rep was kind and very helpful and felt genuine. I had an issue with my sim card and she got it resolved and got me out of there with in minutes.
