I recommend Hugo from the Gettysburg Boost mobile store. I was informed about a promotion that was available in my account and I bought the iPhone 12! I transferred everything from the old phone to the new one. Excellent customer service!

Although my visual voicemail issue could not be resolved at the store, Hugo and Emi provided me excellent customer service. They called customer service and attempted to troubleshoot as well. I've dealt with Hugo before. I recommend this store and the team!

Amazing customer service
Originally, I was going to activate a byod device, but Hugo gave me a good deal on a brand new iPhone 11! Emi was very helpful too. Hugo helped me transfer everything from the old phone to the new phone.

Hugo was very helpful throughout my upgrade from my A12 to iPhone 12. He transferred everything from my old phone to my new phone. He's very knowledgeable. I recommend this store and Hugo. Matt and Emiliano were helpful as well!

I went to Hanover so I could get help with my phone and they didn't do nothing in both of the stores in compare Hugo and his companion Emiliono helped me to fix my phone and are wonderful People.

Hugo was very helpful! I bought two screen protectors from him, and he put one on my phone for me. He also helped me install the Boost One application and was knowledgeable.

Matthew is super amazing. He helped me get my internet service set up without any problems. He even helped get my old service disconnected, so i did not have to deal with that. Which i think is super nice. He explained everything thoroughly and easily. I had no problems setting up the box at home. I wish I would have done this sooner. I would recommend this business to others.

The Boost Mobile Stores of Gettysburg and Carlisle Pennsylvania never answers their phones instead your call is always forwarded to an automatic voice messaging service end the mailbox is always full and no longer accepts calls.
This is a major inconvenience to customers as it forces them to call customer service which is in a foreign country with language barrier issues with customers being misunderstood plus after being transferred to 3 different customer service representatives only for issues to remain unresolved giving customers no alternative but to visit the stores in person and waiting half the day to be assisted.
Extremely poor quality customer service by Boost Mobile.

BEWARE this company. They claim they were hacked and the entire network went down. They literally stole $100 I made in payments. I'm trying to reverse the charges made to my account through my bank, but fully intend to cancel service with Boost forever afterwards. Do NOT pay them anything through their app. Go into the store to make a payment but I suggest you cancel your service before you get ripped off like I did. You can always unlock your phone and port your number to a different carrier like Verizon.

Every time I come here the store is closed… even though its supposed to be OPEN! Hours are VERY incorrect!

The staff at Boost in Gettysburg is amazing had a wonderful time with all of them. They know their business great prices and very quick. Thank you to all of you.
