Our A/C went down unexpectedly. We called Matt on a suggestion from a neighbor. Justin came out that afternoon and fixed the unit. We really appreciate the great service and we didn’t even have an existing account. We will be using Borden in the future for sure.

We are so happy to have found our go-to HVAC company in Borden. Our mini split recently started dripping water and making noise. We were initially told by another “big” HVAC company that the unit wasn’t repairable and needed to be replaced. The quote we received was astronomical so we decided to get another opinion. Matt returned my call promptly and we were able to arrange an appointment around our schedule via text. In the meantime we failed at replacing the thermostat for our high velocity AC and were completely without working AC. The Borden team showed up as scheduled and saved the day. They were able to replace the blown fuse in our AC and fix our mini split in no time, for a very fair price. The technicians also took the time to explain what had gone wrong and answer all our questions. We are looking forward to continuing working with Borden to keep our systems running well.

We have been with Matthew Borden Heating and Cooling for years now and have been very happy. We do regular fall and spring maintenance appointments, which helps head off any unexpected issues. We’ve also replaced mini splits and our heating / cooling systems through them. When something does pop up, they are responsive. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT service! Matt came out and took his time explaining everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and price competitive. His team headed by Curtis were very professional and I was impressed by their attention to detail. I can't say enough about Matt Borden HVAC. Curtis had to remove some plants to install the outside compressor and was kind enough to salvage them for me to replant! You can't go wrong with a family owned company like Matt's.

Borden Heating and Cooling has been our "go to" provider for several years. After some less than stellar experiences with other firms in the area when our 8 year old system died we knew we had to get better service and equipment. Enter Borden Heating and Cooling. They installed a new system with better equipment, lower operating costs, and less maintenance. Did I mention at a lower purchase price? Since that time, many years ago, the only repair was to install a new thermostat.regular service is performed every 6 months with filter replacement every second visit. The Service Techs are fully knowledgeable of the systems, are efficient in their service and are always prompt and neat. We could not be happier!
